They charged me an unauthorized…
They charged me an unauthorised auto-renewal for 4 weeks, which I never approved. Now, when I request a refund and cancellation, they are not even providing the right guidance. First, they charged me without consent, and now for my refund request, they’ve sent a whole set of unreasonable requirements — like asking me to use the app for 7 days straight.
But the only person who was able to solve my case was victor from there support department thank you for the help I’ll be waiting for my refund which you guys promised within 5 to 7 business days

Avoid this app – impossible to cancel and zero support
This has been one of the most frustrating app experiences I’ve ever had. The app itself is not user friendly — choosing meals is confusing, the layout makes it difficult to find the information you need, and overall it feels poorly designed.
But the real nightmare begins when you try to cancel. I have asked 18 times for my subscription to be cancelled, and every single time they completely ignore my request. Instead of actioning my cancellation, they try to fob me off with “offers” — first 1 month free, then 3 months free — and after that they just send generic information about the app. At no point have they actually respected my request to cancel.
Their online chat is useless, their support team doesn’t respond properly, and there is no clear way to end your subscription through the app or website. It feels intentionally designed to trap users into paying for something they don’t want.
If you’re genuinely after weight loss support, don’t waste your time or money here. Use ChatGPT instead — it’s free, flexible, and miles better than this app.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this app to stay away. Until they fix their customer service and make cancellations transparent and easy, this is nothing more than a scammy business practice.

Only I have to give only 4 stars because webpages are extremely non-friendly and confusing. Some parts of of web is non functional (part "manage subscriptions" is leading to blank page). Support by AI (I hate AI support!) always navigate me to this blank screen over and over again. But generally - I am almost satified.

Please please avoid! I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and it’s impossible. I’ve tried to go on their website and it’s blank, you can only talk to the robot or wait 12 hours for someone to reply with offers and other things, completely avoiding what I’ve just requested. I’m still waiting, don’t know how else I can cancel and delete that! This company is a scam!

Perfect to help patients become active participants in their own care!
This app really is more helpful than my doctors most days. Having a comprehensive place to view all of my test results and see how they each work in conjunction with each other gives insight that physicians often don’t. I think people are not as involved and active in their own care for fear that they won’t understand - but ornament gives you the opportunity to grasp that understanding without the doomsday diagnoses of things like google/webmd. My hope is to be able to afford the plus version and be able to enjoy those additional benefits as they will greatly help me - but the free version honestly is well worth it just the same!

Got charged for subscription that I did not sign up for/cancelled and I have contacted via email and not had a reply at all. Very poor customer service. I will be forced to take legal action if I don’t receive a refund within 7 days.

It is a total waste of money
It is a total waste of money. I expected this to be a proper plan for weight loss and health improvement. This is a total crap. There is no proper dietary meal plan set and there are only a few options of recipes provided. There is no way to log your daily calorie intake if you don't follow their recipes. Also, all the exercise plans are on the extra cost.
There is no way to cancel or get a refund of the fees even there is 100% money back guarantee, you still need to follow the plan and track it for 7 consecutive days to be able to request refund. This is just ridiculous as I am not even willing to open the app cause it's not matching my requirements even a single percents. Simply put together is just a waste of money. You are better off with any other weight loss and exercise app.

Requires users to take multiple medical tests. Useless.
This app requires you to download a tonne of lab tests. Urine tests, blood tests, vitamin tests, the list goes on and on. Without the tests the app offers nothing. It’s confusing to navigate, the meal plans are minimal and I couldn’t find any starting point or program of any kind. It is an utter waste of money. Look at Centr by Chris Hemsworth, much better.

This is not the app I was expecting. I already know how to track my bio metric information. I was hoping this was going to be a plan I could follow. It is absolutely not that. I feel I have been tricked and have wasted my money.

Irreplaceable when living across multiple countries.
I live between 3–4 countries and I'm currently taking a sports pharmacology course, which means I do blood tests at least once a month. I often take tests in one country and show the results to a doctor in another. The app is extremely helpful, especially since most labs don’t have personal accounts. It’s convenient to track trends, unify measurement units, and more.
By the way, when you share such detailed data with doctors, they start seeing you in a completely different light — more as an equal, so to speak.

Avoid this app — misleading “guarantees,” no transparency, and zero real support
I originally signed up for Ornament because of their “100% money-back guarantee.” I live in the Faroe Islands, where the app’s health features — a big part of the service - simply don’t work due to lack of access to national health data.
I wanted to reach out early on about the 100% money back guarantee, but I read that I didn’t qualify for a refund because I hadn’t used the app enough days. But I couldn’t use it — because it doesn’t work in my country. No one cared.
Then months later, without any clear warning or reminder, they charged me $69.99 for a renewal I didn’t know was coming. I contacted them immediately and explained everything. They replied with a generic refusal and called it a “final decision.”
There’s no real support, no flexibility, and no fairness — even when you explain clearly why the product wasn’t usable. They hide behind rigid policies and offer no actual help when you’re stuck with a charge for something that doesn’t deliver what it promises.
I do not recommend this app. Especially not if you live outside major countries with centralized medical record systems. They’ll take your money and then refuse to listen.

I took the test that was offered on Instagram and because I did not receive any analysis, I agreed to pay € 1.90 to receive a short summary of findings. Instead this company - Ornament.Health - has taken 50 € out of my account - 48 € too much (without delivering anything) - and from reading (German) comments I can tell that other people had this happen, too, and that there is a general assumption that this company is not legit. I want my money back and I want nothing to do with Ornament.Health. I have never had this happen before, I feel like a fool but at least I am not a dishonest fool.
