Still haven't received my item but…

Still haven't received my item but getting tons of emails about reviewing the company and the products.

Ornate home had fair prices, so I have 2 stars, but ordered over a month ago and still can't get a clear answer on when will be shipped or delivered.

All they do is blame the shipping company and tell me to be patient

Got the exact same couch as my local…

Got the exact same couch as my local supplier and even with freight charges from Ornate I save $500. Very pleased and legit company. They communicated well about delivery and were on time. I will buy from them again.

Terrible

Terrible, I cancelled the order right after I click the purchase. They were closed all weekend so I called first thing Monday morning. They want to charge me a cancellation fee. The product is on backorder.

Excellent service

We found these couches online and thought they looked comfortable enough to try them. After ordering them, we were able to track the progress up until the couches were ready to ship, which was when the tracking number stopped working on their website. I called to ask about the progress of my order. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about the website and helpful in finding my order and giving me a status update. Once my order was being delivered, the delivery driver called to set up a convenient time. Everyone was very professional, and kind. The couches are perfect for my living room and super comfortable to sit in.

So I havent actually gotten the product…

So I havent actually gotten the product yet. But looking around i could not find a better price. Also the right arm facing sectional i couldnt locate on the site and their customer service was so helpful in locating it for me and also giving me an added discount. So from Liezel's customer service alone and the price they are 5. (now if the delivery people kick holes in the boxes and throw in a ditch it might be a different story)

Customer service and product

When ordering my couch , I received an order number that I was never able to check the status on because it kept saying my order was not found. When calling customer service, my number was link to someone else. I finally received my couch, and it was damaged. I emailed them and stated I can’t file a claim form because my order number keeps saying not found. They said okay they will submit my claim on my behalf they just needed the product information and more photos. Which was provided. Nearly almost a month later, I contacted them again since I have yet to hear back, my claim was not submitted because I didn’t submit the form! They asked me for the same information that was already provided! Such a horrible experience!
