Stray away from this company
Stray away from this company, its not us based. The only time you hear from someone is when they are charging you card. Other then that best of luck no phone number and no response from the website email and even their contact us has no response.
DONOT SHOP with them.
The vacuum I got 1. came extremely late, and 2. I ordered a better one from them and it got here sooner, obviously id like to return the 250.00 one and to no avail.

The product sent was a Honiture V8 pro and I ordered Oryzom v3 pro. Customer service support email did not respond to my request for a return authorization. I am disputing charges with my credit card company and reporting to BBB as well as Attorney General.

One star otherwise couldn’t write this review but I wouldn’t give any stars. Was easy to order that’s were it stops. Ordered vacuum they sent a different one emailed them they said it’s the same but different🤯. Then asked for vacuum I ordered or a full refund ain’t heard nothing since. Think I’ve been scammed and it’s a SHIT company steer clear.
