We moved in December and we're very pleased with Osborne removers.
Efficient and polite and all furniture was protected and looked after throughout the move.

My move date changed twice but the staff in thr office were brilliant by the way they accommodated me and the two lads that moved us were so good they took a lot of pressure off us

We would like say a big thank you to Sam and his team who helped us move home for the first time in 22 years at the end of November 2023. All of Osbornes staff were friendly and helpful and answered all our many questions reassuringly before the move. Moving everything in one go is such a massive undertaking, and in contrast with other firms that gave us cheaper quotes, Osbornes carried out our move over 2 days, doing most of the loading up on Day 1. That made a very intense and stressful job much better. The team of 3 did an amazing job, even coping with a dismantled shed, and had everything safely unloaded at our new home by about 3pm on Day 2. All the team mucked in to do anything that would assist, and the job was done well. Pricey, but worth it!

Absolutely fantastic service. We were quite stressed on the morning of our move but when the team arrived they immediately put us at ease with their plan of action. They got stuck in at 9am and hardly stopped until the move was completed late in the afternoon. Good humoured, efficient and extremely helpful and hard working. The experience was great from start to finish, from Debs coming around to quote (and following up promptly) to the team who moved us on the day. The team were on time, friendly, quick, neat and took good care of our furniture and possessions both leaving our previous house and arriving at our new house. We fully recommend Osbornes Removals.

The team of people at Osborne they came to the house on time and loaded up are things in no time at all and took them to are new house we had to wait for the release of the keys but when we got them they unload the are thing and put them in the rooms that we asked them to put them in it was a very good they are a very good company I can recommend them thanks for the good service you did for me

We needed to move out from our home in Sale at relatively short notice and needed the furniture to go into storage before moving to our new house at a later date. As Osbornes were local, we asked them for a quote. When Deborah visited, she was very friendly, helpful and thorough in understanding our requirements. The quote soon followed and was accepted, although it was not the cheapest.
We were kept informed; boxes and tape were provided, and the removal date agreed. On the day of the removal, we were impressed with the organisation of the team and the experience they showed in carefully packaging everything into the crates within a couple of hours, as well as their humour. They were all polite and respectful of our property and neighbours whilst loading.
In the end our furniture was in storage for seven months, but we received the same standards of service and care when it was delivered to our new address in North Yorkshire. It was also good to have continuity with one of the team. It was all unloaded to the rooms requested within a couple of hours.

We recently moved from Stretford to Bolton with two toddlers. We decided to use Osbornes for packing and removal and they were brilliant. Excellent service, staff were friendly and professional and they made sure the move went smoothly.

Brilliant service, highly recommend. The removal team were friendly, helpful and professional. They made a very stressful experience much better. We booked them very late in the process, had to reschedule our survey at the very last minute due to sickness and everything was handled beautifully. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in ages.

Osbornes were absolutely lovely to deal with from the initial meeting to the final move. They were not the cheapest quote, but they were very transparent with all their charges. As they had been recommended we decided to use them, having heard too many horror stories we did not want to take any chances.
All the team were very professional and friendly. Would use again if we ever move in the future.

DO NOT USE!! They will low ball all competitors and give a great first quote but then they will slap you with ridiculous hidden fees that cost hundreds of £. They won’t detail the hidden fees even when directly asked. Avoid at all costs

We chose Osbornes due to the clarity of their response to our request for a quotation. Very professional and friendly staff in the office and on the van. Brilliant service on the day with everything going to plan.
