Osbornes were brilliant from start to finish. The back office team are really helpful, and the packing and removal team were super professional, friendly and worked really hard over the whole 2.5 day move. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service and great value. Booked us in at relatively short notice after providing a quote a few weeks earlier - and email comms were excellent.
The moving team were very punctual and efficient - and took care not to damage goods or either house when loading/unloading. They were very patient during the inevitable wait for funds to go up and down the chain, and then when we got the go-ahead unloaded our possessions quickly but carefully.

Great service from arranging and receiving the initial quote to the packing and unpacking. They are a friendly, trustworthy team and I can’t fault the service we received. Highly recommended.

Osbornes were very professional and did an excellent job of moving a substantial number of boxes of documents from within our archive in our offices. Communication on the lead up was clear and helpful and the service provided by two of their employees was super speedy and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Have to say I was dreading the whole removal experience but Osborne’s came in and did everything, packed everything into boxes, all safely wrapped, no mess, delivered it all safely at our new home, no breakages, and all done with a smile! Osbornes removals were absolutely fantastic. They arrived early, dismantled a bed and 2 large wardrobes and transported over 50 boxes to our new home. The lads were really friendly and helpful and would recommend them without reservation. Fabulous service!

As a single 60 something female, I was not looking forward to the upheaval of moving from Stockport to Cumbria. However, I made the right choice in using Osbornes! From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. The admin side was excellent. The removals team were absolute stars. All I can say is, a very big thank you from me.

Moving house is a stressful experience. The 3 guys who moved my furniture from my existing house to my new house were professional, polite, friendly, hard working and understanding. They checked at the end if everything was as I wanted it. As far as I can see there’s no damage to any of my belongings. Osbornes is a great family run business and I would highly recommend them.

Osbornes moved us out of our old house and into storage and after 6 months have now moved us Into our new house. They have been excellent at every stage of our “journey” Courteous, friendly and professional, easy to communicate with and careful with our belongings and property. Highly recommended.

Moving is a stressful business, but the guys from Osbornes made it as stress free as possible. On Day 1 of the move they packed the china and glass quickly and efficiently and everything was ready to load the lorry on Day 2.This was completed with minimum fuss. On arrival at the new house, the team increased from three to eight and the lorry was unpacked very quickly and almost everything was where it was supposed to be. The whole team were courteous and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, and there was often a sense of fun about everything. I cannot thank Osbornes or praise them enough. A brilliant job.

We used Osbornes to move us from Manchester to Bristol, with 6 months of storage in between. Both legs of the packing and delivering were expertly handled. Their guys work like Trojans and with such cheerfulness (especially Trevor 10/10) - also considerate, polite, thoughtful. They really took the stress out of what is inevitably a stressful job. A couple of minor dents/scrapes but not everything can go 100%. All in all, it went very smoothly. The staff in the office are really pleasant and helpful as well. Very competitive rates too. We would definitely recommend!

A cheerful team completed the packing and removal from a dormer bungalow 300 yards to an apartment in two days.

We "lost" two items and reported them once we had checked through all the boxes (perhaps 80). We were then told that we needed to have advised the problem within 7 days of the move to be able to claim on the insurance. Who ever reads the small print in insurance conditions! Osbornes did ask the removal team and have a hunt around but nothing was found.

Both items were located at the new premises.

We would use them again.
