A cheerful team completed the packing and removal from a dormer bungalow 300 yards to an apartment in two days.

We "lost" two items and reported them once we had checked through all the boxes (perhaps 80). We were then told that we needed to have advised the problem within 7 days of the move to be able to claim on the insurance. Who ever reads the small print in insurance conditions! Osbornes did ask the removal team and have a hunt around but nothing was found.

Both items were located at the new premises.

We would use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish.
We had a visit before the move where everything was explained in full and packaging materials provided to help prepare for the move.
On the day we had more belongings to move than expected and a few tricky items to carry - plus horrific weather! However, Kieran and Shaun managed everything with great professionalism and friendly attitude.
Due to their hard work we were moved and unpacked within a day, which took a lot of stress out of the process.
I would recommend this firm to anyone.

They packed and unpacked her things in an excellent manner no breakage at all. They were also considerate and understanding with my mother as she was stressing with the move! All the removal men had a pleasant and cheerful manner.

Osbornes did a fantastic job moving all our stuff, we didn’t give them much notice but they were incredibly accommodating and their staff are outstanding. Our removals team in particular were very friendly and attentive, I’ve finished unpacking now and nothing was broken or scuffed at all, I genuinely don’t know how they did it, I expected some breakage and scuffs! I’m so happy and if I’m ever brave enough to move house again I’ll move with Osbornes again without hesitation.

We used Osbornes 33 years ago for our first house move and were so impressed with their care and professionalism we have used them ever since. Most recently I arranged for my mother to move from a flat to sheltered housing. They were efficient, friendly and as good as ever. Complicated wall units were dismantled and reconstructed, clothes hung in wardrobes and everything loaded and offloaded carefully. They may not be the cheapest removals company, but you get what you pay for. And the icing on the cake was a call a few days later to check that my mum had settled in her new accommodation.

This is the second time we’ve used Osbornes and they were just as professional and helpful as the first time. Great staff, polite and friendly, got on with the job in hand and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
