Osbornes are a fantastic company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. They are efficient and very accommodating. Debs, the office and removal guys Shaun and John were great.

We had the best help from the removal men on our recent move....they arrived early on day one loaded the very large wagon and left us essentials for final phase the day after....lads were very professional and took great care of our possessions and were respectful of the property we left and property we moved into......we were ready by agreed time to do move unfortunately there were hiccups and the lads were so helpful, we kepted in contact with the office who also were helpful....this move could well have been a lot more stressful than it was if it hadn't been for the great team we had

You worry when you try to find a company to move you .....but I can highly recommend this company for a very professional service....may be a bit more expensive but I can confirm worth every penny

Very impressive from the moment of my enquiry. I chose Osbornes over other companies because of their reputation and being part of the BAR.

They kept in regular contact and dropped off packing early enabling me to pack away prior to my move and there were sufficient boxes, paper, wrap and tape.

On moving day, they arrived promptly and were very polite and took care with my possessions.

On arrival at my new property they were very respectful and moved my furniture in easily.

The whole process was a pleasure, they were very accommodating with changes to completion dates and the guys doing the move were fantastic.

My beloved and very heavy dining table arrived in one piece despite being 60 years old and I couldn’t be happier about that!

Very helpful and professional from the initial visit to give a quote right through to moving into our new home. There were 4 or 5 minor breakages of crockery which we chose to be responsible for packing, and accept that was down to us. All our furniture was treated with great care and respect, and not marked or damaged in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for the actual removal men, even when we were packing they happily supplied extra boxes etc when we underestimated our needs. We got 3 quotes for the move all of which were around the same price. We chose Osbornes as they were local to us, and very glad we did. Highly recommended.

Osbournes provided great, professional customer service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry through to the completing the removal all staff acted in a friendly and courteous way. On the day of the removal the team were timely, tidy and efficient making the whole experience a lot less stressful.

From the girls in the office through to the team that did the actual move Osbornes were a pleasure to deal with. They took care of our outgoing property , our ‘moving property’ and our new property as if it were their own. Great care was taken in all aspects.
