I would like to nominate Rebecca Simmons the financial Advisor for her outstanding service. I needs my mortgage to be a fixed term as I have only 5 years left on my mortgage, she took the time to check the lowest interest rate, and completed within a few minutes for me, all the way she kept me updated. I'd just like to say a HUGE thank you to Cassandra Welford who managed somehow to get me life insurance after years of being turned down due to multiple operations on my spine at Jon Radcliffe hospital. I was basically uninsurable! But Cassie assured me she could do it and low and behold she did! So a massive thank you and if you're in the same boat as me and had given up give her a shout. 😃 😃 😃

Have used Dan for years. He’s efficient, pro-active and always puts you as the clients best interests at heart. Throughout the process on my most recent mortgage with him the lender actually reduced the rate down 3 times which meant we saved money based on the first illustration we were given. If we had gone direct to the bank this wouldn’t have happened and we would have ended up paying the higher rate. Dans always contactable, will see you over the phone, at home or in branch, nothing is too much trouble.

I worked closely with Chanel Smith at Oscar James to get me the best offer after being let down by my current lender with uncompetitive rate and personal issues prior to the fixed rate ending.
Chanel took the time to understand my needs while also getting the cheapest rate possible.
