The tie is very nice and arrived a lot faster than expected...just a few days to come all the way from Australia via DHL! My son will look great as a ring bearer in a wedding next month. He's 7, tall and thin for his age, and the kids bowtie looks great on him.
The brand takes a lot of care with the packaging - lots of cute thoughtful designs on the cards. Some of it is a little excessive, but it adds to the premium quality feel.

Need to state colours!
Very quick delivery however it doesn’t note what colour is which on the ties/pocket squares!!!
I ordered 2 different “colours” because i needed it match shoes but the ties looked exactly the same colour and if i wanted to order a 2nd pair i wouldn’t know which colour to order again. How frustrating.

I bought the Sinatra black striped tie and it’s a great tie, amazing quality, great colour and looks exactly as advertised on the website, it also arrived a day earlier than expected. I would certainly consider buying from them again in the future.

I love your stuff, have found almost everything amazing. Great fitting shirts, bold quality ties that catch the eye and tie well.
I had one tie that the stitching wasn't great and wasn't fit for purpose but 1 of many things isn't a huge issue

Generally all good, great range of options, good quality, very fast. My main feedback would be for OTAA to eliminate plastic packaging. Seem like a lot of effort has gone in to making all external packaging and labels paper/cardboard, but then the garments are plastic wrapped. Why not switch to tissue paper for wrapping?

When I first ordered my tie I was excited the packaging was amazing truly had me smiling while opening it. Almost like Christmas. I was a little upset once I saw a stain on the tie I received. I always shop brick and mortar for reasons like this and to check quality. I informed the company of my situation and without even asking they delivered me a brand new tie within just a few days. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and ofcourse the great selection of bowties which are of great quality. I will for sure be purchasing more items from the company.

Ties were expensive to begin with
Ties were expensive to begin with. When I received it the quality was not comparable to competitors like Tie Bar and DAZI. Then when having to return the tie, it’s $20+ to ship back to Australia.
The company is all marketing and flare with high priced items that don’t match quality of their competitors. Don’t spend the time, hassle and lack of quality of their ties.

UPDATE: I searched my Spam folder. Unfortunately, while I’ve never experienced this with a vendor I’ve done business with, responses fromRESPONSE-C/S after several attempts to simply verify an order!!
I never received an order confirmation…thought perhaps I hadn’t completed the on line process correctly-it happens (?).
Have sent multiple e-mails, just to inquire & correct if necessary-no one responds at all. WOW.

Ironically, I’ve probably received 10 marketing emails in the days I’m waiting to get just a single response from customer service.

OTAA DOES NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR RETURNS
I HAVE BEEN SPENDING HOURS ON END TRYING TO RETURN SOMETHING, AND NO ONE RESPONDS TO ME. I am trying to return a bow tie and have sent multiple emails to OTAA as it is supposed to be returnable as they claim on their website. No one is answering me. I left another review about this and they finally responded to the review but with LIES. Theyu claimed that they sent emails back to me and a return slip but they are not telling the truth as I never received any emails from them and the emails did not go into spam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

Great experience with OTAA
Just wanted to drop a review for this amazing brand. I spoke to Max a couple weeks ago and went in store for a click and collect order. I was supposed to grab the order and leave quickly, however, I ended up wanting to buy another tie last minute. Monday was only meant for click and collect orders and the store wasn’t open on the day but Max was so understanding and was open to us picking out another tie in store. He also threw in a free pocket square, which was very kind and we appreciated his lovely customer service. A great brand to buy from with affordable ties and kind owners.
