Cheap sticks, bad customer support and very bad shipping
Bought a stick for €100 which was discounted from €150 but I get to shipping and I find out it is going to cost €30 to ship it I say fine I’ll pay it to support this small hockey brand and then it took several weeks to arrive when it was supposed to arrive within a week and when the postman arrives to my door he is asking for €50 for delivery as it has not been payed yet so the stick that I was supposed to be getting €50 off of I ended up paying €30 extra for. And I get the stick and the paint is flaking no specifications on the stick for length carbon percentage or anything and to top it all off the paint is flaking and the grip was peeling was not pleased with the stick would recommend would say to go for another brand such as: Y1 hockey, Osaka, Grays or any big brands

Please, can you email, info@otterhockey.co.uk, with details of how late the courier was & your order number? We can then provide feedback to the courier & ask that they deliver to Ireland on time next time. Once we have your order information we will also refund your €30 shipping fee because the shipment was late. Our current on time delivery rate is 98.72% so they will certainly take your feedback seriously.
Regarding the extra fees, as we are based in the UK, the EU is sadly imposing customs & duties on all imports from the UK to Ireland which is where the €50 charge came from. This is imposed by the EU on the purchaser. We are working hard to set up a distributor in the EU to mitigate this problem in the future.

Otter Hockey - brilliant
Otter Hockey offer brilliant, affordable hockey sticks. The quality, design and technology are on par with the “big brands” with a price tag which allows all to buy the best, most current hockey sticks without spending in excess of £300.
Their charitable work and sustainability pledges blow other brands out of the water, as does their commitment to their manufacturing process and customers. Can’t reccomend Otter Hockey highly enough.

Great Products and service - Otter-love
I had ordered a stick and was very excited. Unfortunately, the delivery took a good 2 months because the parcel service had problems. During this time, however, the staff were always available and made every effort to get my stick to me as quickly as possible.
And what can I say? The goalie stick is at least as good as the service from Otter. I will definitely get more sticks from Otter. I am super enthusiastic.
