beautiful tiles, really make a difference to the kitchen.
It took a while for the tiles to get here, but once they finally came they were flawless.

I had a great experience buying from Otto. They were super helpful with samples, then made me a customised size on request, all delivered in a pretty tight timeframe. And we ALWAYS get compliments about the tiles!

Ilayda and her team have top-quality tiles, all handmade with stunning colors and patterns. Their customer service is very reactive and professional. We ordered 2 types of tiles from them and we had a little problem with the shipping for one of them. Ilayda very quickly resolved the problem, so we are super happy customers ! We recently bought our new flat and after lots of researches we’ve made, decided to buy Otto Tiles’ pink striped cement tiles for our bathroom floor. Throughout the buying process, Otto Tiles provided very professional and friendly service which appreciated. Our tiles arrived on time, installation was quick and hassle-free. We’re really happy with our new tiles.

Ordering online can sometimes be a daunting experience. Iladya at Ottotiles is very attentive. Lead in time from Turkey was four weeks. When they arrived they were well packed in a small but substantial wooden crate. First class product and first class service.

So we were looking for something special for our new en suite wet room. We tried all the usual places and couldn't find what we wanted. I came across Otto Tiles and loved the range and the style. I contacted them with a question and Ilayda responded promptly. She was very knowledgeable and helped throughout the process.Nothing was too much trouble. I ordered the tiles (Hex 40) and she made sure that the plan tiles matched the patterned tiles. Total attention to detail which I liked. The tiles arrived exactly when she said they would be here and they are fabulous.

Amazing unique tiles, the advice and service I received was extremely helpful. The tiles were super well packaged. Much better value than some high street retailers for a superior product. Thank you.

My wife and I really enjoyed our visits to Turkey and bought lots of their amazing tiles and pottery. So when it came time to redo our bathrooms, our first thoughts were to make one of them on a Turkish theme.
Otto tiles has a great variety of beautiful Turkish tiles. We chose one of them for a feature wall for our bathroom and were not disappointed. They look amazing and give us real pleasure every time we step into the bathroom.

Beautiful tiles, couldn't find these designs anywhere else. They've gone up nicely on the wall as a kitchen splash back and added a lot of personality to an otherwise neutral kitchen.
