I am writing this review so that no one else falls into this trap by purchasing a used laptop from ourdeal. I bought a used MacBook Air from them about 2 years ago @ the price of £459.99. A year into using it, it stopped responding and I was told the motherboard is bad. I asked for a second opinion and after diagnosing, I was told the same thing and advised not to bother replacing it and to but a new one instead. Now, £459 is down the drain.

I’ve now used this company twice and the products have been first class and the added bonus is the company has great customer service and support even now to checking on the delivery service.
It’s been a pleasure doing business with them and the team 🤩🤩🤩

Most impressive was the claim to reply to emails within a couple of hours (Mon-Fri) - and they did!
Also next day delivery was promised - and that worked too. Unfortunately this first machine arrived but had a fault.
Procedure then followed to have a replacement sent - and the timescale for that was quite quick but exactly in line published information.
Second machine sorted and working a treat - its just taking a bit of time to understand the change from 'Windows' To 'Apple' - but am getting there!
Overall a good company to deal with.

This company are helpful reliable and the deliveries fast! Most of all my item I purchased is amazing as good as new!

At the beginning, everything was very good, from the guidance to what imac to purchase to the customer service after installation, although not able to discuss issues over the phone, which was disappointing. Also, after just 4 weeks I had to return the mac as it completely crashed 😕. I have received a refund and although I may have been unlucky, I would probably not choose a refurbished mac in future.

What can I say… only first class customer service.

Very easy to purchase, came with keyboard and mouse which was extra bonus.Ive only had the computer for a little while but so far its fab!

On researching organisations for the purchase of a MacBook I found the reviews on OurDeal very positive and encouraging.Subsequently I purchased a MacBook with a one year warranty.

Six months into this purchase my MacBook developed a problem with the pixels on the screen. Having read the reviews on OurDeals after care service I confidently returned my MacBook fully expecting a repair under their warranty service. How wrong could I be!!!! OurDeal accursed me of causing accidental damage by dropping my Laptop which caused the issue with the screen fault. When challenging OurDeal on this issue I was categorically informed that I had caused the damage by dropping the Laptop, and as this was considered accidental damage on my part by OurDeal repair of the machine would not covered under the warranty.
Total fabrication on the part of OurDeal this Laptop had not been dropped which was evidenced by no damage shown on the case of the Laptop. This clearly is a case of a Company trying to get out of their obligations under warranty. Yes very good purchase arrangements may be made with OurDeal.You anticipate there may be issues in purchasing second hand equipment. However under their terms and conditions one may be confident that OurDeal will handle with respect claims under warranty. However my experience is anything but. Please be wary of OurDeals after sales service. Unfortunately I have experienced a totally inconsiderate and unsympathetic stance. From my experience please be very wary of this Organisation. They may offer very good purchase deals but their after sales service is bluntly disgusting.

A great company to deal with. All the staff were extremely helpful and gave a lot of necessary post-delivery support for a Mac eejit like myself. The machine arrived promptly. Online assistance helping me to set it up was first class. I recommend OurDeal for quality, price, service and values. I will definitely use them again for future Apple purchases.
