I recently placed an order, It arrived swiftly. Very impressed with the products and my dog is reaping great benefits already. Especially being sensitive skinned it is really helping his coat and he is very pleased with all his DogsLife goodies. 100% will be using again. My go to place for all my dogs needs.

I ordered some teeth cleaning products online from this company and when the product hadn’t been delivered in the stater 4 working days, I emailed asking for an update. I was told the company were moving warehouses and that there had been a delay but that it was processed and ready to be shipped. When another 4 working days passed and I emailed again asking for an update I was now told that there had been an error on their ‘partner’s end’ and that they had pushed it through to be shipped.
I still haven’t received the order and am now receiving no response on email or Instagram message.
DO NOT USE - SCAMMERS

I never received the product

What is the point in having a phone number that is not answered ? I have also received an email saying my item is in the warehouse but I have not received an email saying it has been posted. I will demand a refund at the end of this week.

Bought this on Amazon, not as described baby powder, but it smelt so chemically bad I did not use it on my puppy. THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY. Surely this is illegal

Don't get mislead by their cute presentation, this is a useless so-called business.

Through sneaky practice, my order was modified to add a second item. I was then charged a second time. There was no way to change the order once this was done.
When the parcel came through, the two items I received were not the ones that were ordered.

The return & refund policy listed on their website is clear as mud. It is impossible to get an answer from their customer service.
Meanwhile, you get absolutely bombarded by marketing materials.

I have raised a dispute through the credit card company and will report to trading standards.

Stay away.

Finally got my order after waiting over 3 weeks , did email an enquiry but got no response

I placed an order (#8337) a week ago (04/07/23) and, having received order confirmation via email, have yet to receive any updates on shipment of goods.

Dogslife have a stated 3 to 5 day lead time. Despite this, they have ignored my previous email querying shipment and requesting an update (on 06/07/23) - I am awaiting a refund of £42.98.

I placed an order on June 16 for 3-5 day delivery and have not had any notifications other than my order confirmation since then. You're supposed to be notified that your order has been shipped, and this has not happened. I have chased the customer support without a single response. I will cancel my order and report this company for fraud - it is clearly not fit for purpose.

I placed an order with Dogslife for £32.97 on 21/5/23, my credit card was charged and a confirmation email received. But to this day I have not received the order, despite numerous emails and phone calls querying the whereabouts of the order. The phone always goes to answerphone and my message is not responded to. What is going on with this company? There was no problem with my previous order for the same product. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service and also the fact that the dog toothpaste, the product in question, was very good. My order is number 8003, so I hope someone from the company will contact me soon!

I placed an order on 31 May, I have tried calling the company (tel 0203 488 4924) but no answer, just goes straight to answerphone so have left a voicemail message. I have also sent two emails but have not received a response. I paid using PayPal so have raised a dispute but you have to go through a process before a refund is issued. I was concerned this may have been a scam website after reading some of the other reviews for the company or the co may have filed for bankruptcy but I no longer think this is the case after receiving an email from Mary today. (NB OurDogsLife trades under ROKKI LIMITED - Company number 11239237).
Update 13 June 2023) It’s such a shame that some companies only respond when negative reviews are posted. I have been informed that their email system was down hence lack of response. Not sure why calls weren’t answered though? That said, Mary has been very helpful and has issued me with a full refund. I have therefore upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Thank you.

I’ve spent hundreds of pounds in this store and to be fair, the products are decent - calming spray and doggy cologne have weird fiddly spray bits that come off and are hard to press. Aside from that.. As I said, decent products.

My main issue is that this company are thieves. My last order was one that included 2 months worth of multivitamin chews on subscription.
I never received these chews. Sent 4 emails and never got a response. They then actually had the cheek to take the subscription cost AGAIN 2 months later but again, no chews. Sent a further two emails and still no response. Now £34 down and still.. No chews.

Edit: Now been refunded £16.99. Glad that this review got me a response in less than 24 hours however I’ve not been refunded the delivery cost seeing as they never went out for delivery? And I’ve not been refunded the OTHER £16.99 that was taken. So issue still not resolved.

Placed an order on the 13th may and still waiting for it to arrive and get told a different story every time i contact them. Very poor service and customer service.

No was not delivered and when I go on to my account says Unfulfilled and never had any tracking information.

My experience with Ourdogslife has been excellent. From the slickness and simplicity of their website, to the quality of the product.
