Small delay but great products
Found out about this brand from a facebook ad. The eye wipes for us have helped keep my dog's eyes clean and free from discharge. Helpful customer service too as there was a small delay with receiving my order.

Dental hygiene for dogs
My dog really likes the toothpaste and he will tolerate the toothbrush
I didn’t realise that I had to clean his teeth until I had a good look at his gums and then I saw that there was some staining at the top of his canine
Vets charge a small fortune to clean dogs teeth so it’s a good idea to get your dog started on this stuff early on
Overall I am satisfied and would recommend this product

Must be a scam do not use! I will be contacting Trading Standards about this company. They have two contact emails and two contact phone numbers that I have found on their website. Neither phone number called answered and no reply to my email. Do not use this company, stolen £40 from me, lowest of the low in times like these!

The excuses are valid, just it took to long to reply, more customer service employees

A agree with Robs comment made 2 days ago. I have been chasing an order I made at the end of November. I received a reply to my first email sent over 2 weeks ago saying they were having trouble with supplies but if they did not receive the supplies within the next 2 weeks they would let me know and make a full refund (as I required the items for Christmas) This week I have sent 4 emails and left 2 telephone messages asking them to update me and to make a refund. I have not received a response to any of these requests. Don't hold out much hope of hearing from them either. They have basically robbed my elderly parents money, as it was a Christmas present from them for their granddaughter. Disgusting how these companies think this is OK. I would advise people to steer clear of this company

Hi Julie - products sent out using royal mail. We have sent you your tracking no. Royal mail taking anywhere between 1 week to 4 weeks to ship over products over the current strikes! Which is really hurting us. We have fully refunded you, your product will still arrive as well - albeit it extremely late.

Product was never received, then took over a month to get a reply to which they said it was our problem to chase up with royal mail, they gave us a tracking number that doesn't exist, I feel this site may be a scam website. SAVE YOUR MONEY SPEND IT ELSEWHERE

Amazing Dog Products
I love this range of products. They make taking care of my Labrador’s grooming and teeth cleaning needs a breeze. I especially love the handy dog first aid kit which includes everything we could need in case of any accidents on our adventurous walks, and gives that extra piece of mind for his safety.
Would 10/10 recommend to all my dog parent friends.

I bought the ear wipes for my retriever and they worked so well !! Very easy to use and cleared all the dirt in his ears! I would definitely recommend this product and company to any dog owners !
