Order placed on 20/04/2023.
Nothing received by 28/04/2023 so emailed for an update.
Received a response on 29/04/2023 to say they were out of stock but would be sent next week.
It’s now 10/05/2023 last email response promised again for next week.
Eventually arrived 19/05/2023.

Failed to deliver and failed to respond to any correspondence. I had to request a refund vis a dispute with my bank.

Ordered £50 worth of stuff and received the wrong order, one item which I did not order. Emailed three times and sent a message via Facebook no reply! Do not use absolute disgrace!

Order made 14/04/23 (no.7528). Received an email to say that it had been dispatched 18/04/23 gave a tracking number that didn't work, I assumed it would the next day, still doesn't!
Have contacted the company via email, responded to theirs and to the email listed on the website. No response.
I have checked the companies own tracking page, that states "pending waiting an info update from the carrier please try again later" have tried again later, for the past 4 days!!!
As it stands it is now 7 working days after my order was allegedly dispatched, I have heard nothing from the company and have no way of chasing it up with anyone. Will not be ordering from this company again and would recommend nobody else does.

I never received the Itch Balm and my three emails went unanswered. I found a phone number online (none listed on the website) but this goes unanswered. Do not use this company they are a scam! Had to recover my money from my credit card company.

Ordered on 14th April 2023 dog teeth wipes , 24th April still no delivery , no answer to emails or phone calls . Having researched the address it a rented office with scam reviews for a window company . The director Elliot on the video is been investigated ! I have customers in this area and will be calling in very shortly to see if they exist. Further to writing this I am editing as have had a reply from the address they are using . This is a rented office building and the landlord has replied to me stating that they do not have any company of this name registered either office space or virtual . Clearly this company is a scam and has been reported along with Elliot the director

Have just started using the dog life teeth wipes so far so good . I have noticed a difference in my dogs bad breath 😷

Quick and easy to deal with, everything was perfect,

Charged for shipping and had to pay extra due to Ourdogslife not paying.
Customer Service appalling, called several times and emailed with no reply. Wouldn’t buy from this company.

My dog doesn’t enjoy having his teeth brushed, but he does like the taste of this toothpaste! Makes it so much easier for me and much more enjoyable for him!

Brilliant price and excellent service, will most definitely use this company again for our dog wipes.

My jack russell has terrible allergies to grass and ivy and these chews help him immensely

I subscribed to a monthly delivery of dog wipes which I have been trying to cancel for 2 months!! I have emailed your company 3 times requesting for this order to be cancelled! I have left a voice message on your phone requesting the same but the wipes keep coming!!

All the products look and smell amazing.
Not actually used yet as we don’t get our puppy until next week … but convinced they will be as good as they smell 😁

Fantastic products but 1 star removed as the delivery experience was too long.
If this can be delivered in 2-3 days the star goes back :)

Avoid this company

Unable to return unused items due to 3 (!) return addresses on their website, on the delivery slip on the box and on the 'orders details' document inside the parcel.

No acknowledgement of my emails to their three different email addresses, not returning my calls  made to their two different phone numbers, not responding to my voice messages left on these numbers.

Being able to return unused items and receive a refund is a basic consumer right under distant selling regulations.

They'd clearly rather get negative reviews and go into official dispute than be an honest company.

All documented and ready to be reported to the trading standards and credit card company.

Bought a product in Dec 22 now we are in Feb 23 and still not received my item the ceo of the company Elliot Roxbury promised to refund in full but still not received this buyers beware.

I have been using the grooming wipes from DogsLife, and they work wonders. They leave my dog's coat shiny and smelling fresh.
