Scam!!!
I began to place an order for this product. Then decided not to confirm the order as it was trying to sell me up. I exited the website.. Then discovered my card was charged almost $200 for an order I never placed.
I have written them several times, no answer.
Contacting my credit card company now.
Total scam ..
Total waste of money
Total waste of money, no relief of pain whatsoever, the tiniest pots, looked much larger on the pictures. No seals on pots ? So anything could have got into these pots, disgusted with the whole scenario, such a waste of money I haven’t got to waste

HUGE SCAM AND COULD HARM YOU

Really disappointed I didn’t read the reviews, whilst processing my order until I’d paid I didn’t realise that the two jars I had placed in my basket suddenly increased to four and by the time I realised the order had completed and money paid. No where to challenge it. A few weeks ago and four tiny pots of cream just been delivered one damaged and the packaging doesn’t give you confidence it’s decent quality. How do I get a refund!!!! Don’t hold your breath it’s Chinese and a con! Moral of the story check every product before believing the hype. I won’t risk using it. So disappointed.

I was stupid enough to order without checking out reviews! Ordered two jars, although couldnt see any size on them. Paid by Paypal and BELIEVED i was paying around £28 for 2 jars plus postage and packing. Paypal took £35 approx, for Junhong Ltd, the invoice confirming order for the £28 arrived from Xavon. Despite delivery promise of around 3-days, and despite complaining to Paypal (who forwarded to Junhong) and my own complaints to Xavon, no delivery and no response from Xavon. SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!!! LOST £35. Notice one reviewer said her order arrived after two months.....
Well the two jars have arrived this week w/c 23/6/25 AND i got £5 refund via Paypal which i requested as they took about £34 when i expected (and the invoice stated) £28/£29. I have tried the cream twice a day (as the ad mentioned) but suspect the massaging will be the thing that makes a difference, if anything. Not expecting anything to improve but will update here if it does work.
Another con…
Marketed and advertised as though it’s a UK product, it’s Chinese rubbish that does absolutely nothing except remove money from your account. No list of ingredients and when it arrives from China do you really want to rub it on your arthritic joints, there should be a no star option.
Duplicitous
Why do these companies say “made in Canada” when they actually come from China. Got fooled once. Never again
So glad I read the reviews first! What alerted me that something was wrong, was thd fact that if duchess not state the Size of the jar and different sites all had different prices!
So glad I read the reviews first. I was suspicious when no size was given on any of the jars on their advert. And when I went on line, there was huge variations in prices and sizes given were confusing.
How can they be allowed to say that this is recommended by the NHS?
Magnesium cream
I can't believe I actually ordered this magnesium cream without reading these reviews. More fool me! I placed an order and was quoted £3.99 for postage and packing which seemed fair enough. That was the price on the receipt. However the email from PayPal showed a charge of £14.98. I've queried this and asked to cancel order.
Update: Although I haven't had any response from my emails to the Company, I've heard today from PayPal that my money has been refunded. For anyone who wants to try this cream you can buy it from Ebay for less than £10.. Other websites sell it too..
This is a scam.

Scam
Said was made in Canada. After ordered saw my ore ads under different names. So I tried tracking and from China. Sent email asking for money back as paid thru PayPal. Offered me money off, I said no, refund. I got my money back no problem. Then a week ago cream arrived. Small amount in jar, no ingredients listed and so far not working.

Just received this cream
Just received this cream. In a small tiny tub !!!! Waited around 2 months for it and never really got a reply to any chase up emails sent to them. I think scam too. Not tried the cream yet that is why given 2 stars. No details of ingredients on the box or leaflet inside, nothing at all with any information. I am not holding my breath that it will work for any type of pain. Will update.
