I was very dissatisfied this time. Although there was a way to providing a delivery address, I discovered you never intended to ship the package to my delivery address at all, but instead sent it directly to a pick-up point. I don't think I will use this poor service again and will order from a different retailer in the future. Sincerely

However, UPS attempted delivery but could not complete it because no one was available to receive the package. In such cases, UPS redirects the shipment to a nearby pick-up point to ensure the parcel can still be collected securely and conveniently.

Very disappointing, just two out of twelve Srixon ad 333 balls are round, although they look good I am not using them.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Delivery was sent back by carrier because of a damaged package. When I reached out to OOB they wanted to charge me for the extra shipping costs. When they finally realised that this was inappropriate they shipped my order again and told me in advance that they would charge me 10EU if it was to be returned again.
Would not recommend.

Great value lake balls
I bought three sets, two of which where normal condition and the other one was excellent condition. The latter dozen of lake balls had no markings, scuffs or drawings. For the extra couple of euros this was definitely worth it. The normal condition golf balls where just as good with only minor scratches and some drawings and promotional material on the sides. Overall they value their golf balls excellently and stay true to their word.
PS. they use paper packaging, also a plus
