OMG i'm glad im not the only one whose struggling to get a refund for an incomplete service!!
I booked the lateral flow tests on 22nd October for family returning on 25th October and no booking reference was received, instead I'm getting told its in my junk email TODAY (nearly 2 months on I get my 1st response!)
What a joke of a company!! We should all come together and contact gov.uk

Government guidelines state that you must book a PCR test two days after arriving to the UK, At the same time the government require a reference ID number for your passenger locate form to enter the Uk. After booking PCR test with this company and waiting for my booking ID number from them so that I can add it to my passenger locator form so I can enter back into the country, this ID number never arrived causing me to miss my flight back home.
Receiving no correspondence from the company, no number to call, and £69 out of pocket for a wasted PCR test. I want my money back from the government as they suggested this company as a reputable company on their website.

So bad! After ordering the kit, you have to ask them again for reference number (?!). Test with invalid barcode, I couldn't register it!

Terrible service, money grabbers. Arrived late and delivered after reminding them twice. Asked for a refund, they did not even bother to respond. Whole process took nearly ten days. Avoid like the pest.

Booked a 2nd day PCR with them and it arrived about 2 days later then expected. When I saw I'm not getting lots of answers to my emails about the delivery I went to read the rewiews about this company I thought it is a scam but after all they sorted it. Delayed but sorted

Absolutely terrible customer service they charged me £119 Never Received any kit they said shows delivered after 15 days they said will send you replacement after I had to buy elsewhere to follow the law, asked for refund they said we already provided you with booking reference number to enter the country which they admit they are selling booking reference number not coved test and diagnose positive/negative.
they are breaking the LAW do not use them, now am placing dispute with my card issuer as am not going to pay for something that I did not receive, my money not being picked from Trees I work hard to earn and make daily living.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO REFUND SERVICE THEY ONLY COLLECT MONEY.

Ordered and paid for a PCR test but they sent me a lateral flow test. Have tried to contact them numerous times but no reply. Have had to purchase another test from a different provider. As other reviews have said, AVOID at all costs. Thought I could use it for return test but address for registering your kit can't be found!!!!!
The goverment should remove them from the approved list as a matter of urgency!!!
If NHS test are suitable for use in the UK why the hell are they not suitable for a test before returning home?????

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was conned at the airport into using this company for my day 2 pcr.
8 days on and it still hasn't arrived, despite chasing numerous times! I am £39 out of pocket and they won't refund.

OutcomeDX are just a scam,

I had ordered a PCR test day 2 from the government website and then received an email confirming and when it arrived and registering it it said it was a flow test. I got in contact and said I ordered a flow test and not a PCR test when In fact I went onto the government website and onto the lost of PCR test companies and orders through there. I spent £40 and they said it was my fault as they was not doing PCR test only flow test and then sent the confirmation after getting into contact and threatening them of going further and reporting them under the misleading act 2008

Sold me lateral flow when it is a legal requirement to do a PCR on entry to the UK. They have a strict no refund policy. Why are they on the government list?

I ordered the two day test before leaving Canada to be delivered to the home where I was staying. The test didn't arrive until five days after my arrival, and only then because I emailed them asking where it was. After completing the test I tried to register it repeatedly with no success. In the meantime I completed and registered the NHS test for free just to show that I was serious about being tested. Do NOT use this company for any reason would by advice.

I tried to send lateral flow results for 2 days. I could not even connect to the results page. I then asked a friend to connect, but page kept showing errors. Even when all the information was entered correctly. Extremely frustrating!
I wish I could give zero stars.........

UNFORTUNATELY I DIDNT READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I ordered day 2 and 8 tests. They didn't arrive and had to be sent again. I missed day 2 testing.
I couldn't register the test on NHS luckily some kind person who had the same problems posted the address of where to register. I am now sending off day 2 test on day 5 and will be leaving before day 8 test. Not happy
I will see how long it takes to get a result.

Ordered my 2 day test for return to U.K. came no problem. Tried to get code and register scanned bar code did not recognize it tried to get on web site outcomedx.co .u.k. code nothing all that comes up is site to buy test kits have sent emails nothing so i can not do my 2 day test absolutely rubbish a rip of company beware

Ordered tests for my husband and I which were really late arriving. We registered them and the took the tests on 2nd day of our arrival back in the UK, my husbands received his certificate a few hours later but I didn't hear anything so I sent an email to be told my test had been registered to another person. Absolutely ridiculous service and I'm still trying to sort it out!

So,originally outcome dx were trading as www.123 tests.co.uk, which I ordered my first day2 test from to travel abroad, the test arrived quickly, I registered the test ,filled in the code on the passenger locator form before returning to the UK, took test on day 2 and received a negative covid result by email confirmation within the week, as this went so smoothly, I ordered another 2 tests about 7 weeks later for another trip from www.123 ,the tests arrived but were from " outcome dx" this time who you had to register the kit with,this is where it went bad.....I was unable to register the covid test kit as the Web page was unavailable to do so,but you could still purchase all types of tests available, when I emailed the company all I received was them telling me to purchase a covid test from them to be taken 72 hours before departure for the UK, or risk being fined £500!! Anyway the code for putting on the passenger locator form worked so we were able to travel back to the UK, we took the day2 test with a note inside saying unable to register test kit and forward the results to our emails.....nothing received weeks later,so went went wrong from the first time I used them who knows....

After reading reviews about do, unfortunately AFTER I had purchased my day 2 test, I was extremely concerned. However my whole experience was fantastic. The test arrived at my address in England before I got back from holiday and the process of uploading the test was very quick and easy. I also received my negative certificate within minutes of uploading the required information. Great service.
