If I could give minus stars I would. This company is a scam. Yes it’s listed on the UK government website as offering Day Two Covid tests but in the very small print you’ll discover you will only get the reference number that you need for the Passenger Locator form if you go to their office in person (which is obviously not possible if you’re flying into the country).

No reference number, which meant I could not fill out the passenger locator form. Several weeks have past, and none of my emails about getting a refund have had a response. DO NOT PURCHASE from this SHAM COMPANY

I am trying to complete a Day 2 test. In order to send it back, I have to register on the OutcomeDX website. However, when I enter my arrival date, their form gives me the following error message:

"You can only perform and register the swab on or after the fifth full day of your departure from a country not on the travel corridor list."

This makes no sense.

When I emailed OutcomeDX, I received a reply saying that my Day 2 is tomorrow, November 22nd. However, TODAY is November 22nd.

They are so incompetent they don't know what day it is.

I cannot believe this company is still allowed to offer kits. They are making a fortune by not using any labs. DO NOT use them. Total fake.

19 October 2021 paid for a day 5th to release kit did not receive it. Sent them 5 emails. Got no response. They don't have a telephone number to contact them. Company should be banned.

This company should be banned! There is no telephone helpline!! Codes required for submitting tests are non existent.
Sent 4 emails today and received a couple of generic replies that offer no help at all.
I had to submit our tests feeling they are incomplete. I consider the site to border on fraudulent if not a downright SCAM. I was first sold Antigen tests when pcr tests are required. Any attempt to get a refund was totally ignored. BE WARNED, CHECK REVIEWS FIRST, I WISH I HAD!

Ordered day 2 tests couldn’t register as government site asks for a 10 digit reference and theirs is 5 digits. When you go onto register using their link takes you to a page selling more kits no registration process at all. Didn’t receive results so e mailed them just got automated response selling more kits total scam. Should be removed from the supposedly “approved list “ £75 too not cheap avoid at all costs. I’ve contacted my banks fraud department and raised a dispute against the company.

A terrible company, sent 4 email because we cannot register on their website to do the day 2 test paid 150£. So expensive by the way

After one week after my day two they sent me back finally a email to register so that's illegal and it's not following the gouvernement guidance that's a shame.

I will not give up and i want a refund for this terrible service and terrible company.

Non-existent customer service for a parcel stuck at DPD that needs their input to release.

I ordered and received a covid test kit but was unable to register it with the company due to the web address they gave not actually exsisting. You are just redirected to buy more kits.
Total scam, Im unsure how they are allowed to be on a government website but I guess while ever they are allowed to get away with taking people's money they will.

If I could, I would give no stars! I paid for a PCR and received an email with NO reference code for the Passenger Locator Form. I ended up having to pay for another PCR test with another company so that I could board my flight. Now 1 week later I have received the code.

I had no problem on ordering our Day 2 test kits.
However when in Zante I tried to fill in our Passenger Location form, only to find I needed a code to enter into the form to register it.
As I was in Zante but no test kit's to hand,
I thought there's no problem, I can just email Outcome Dx & will get the code I needed.
No such luck there though, as I sent god knows how many emails to them & could not get through to them that all I wanted was the code off our purchase invoice.
They kept emailing to say the code is in the email they sent me.
I checked and checked my emails (Inbox & Scam) But no code or email from them.
All I had was an email from DPD telling me my delivery time of kit's (Delivery was one v/good thing).
After 3 day's of ruined holiday & 4 hours prior to our departure on the 3rd day I finally got through to someone with a bit of sense. Who finally got me the code.
I thought OK I can fill the 2nd form in when at Zante Airport.
This took until 15 min's before take off time.
We would have missed our flight had it not been for two or three wonderful staff at the airport special assistance team.
All three of them deserve a medal for what they done for us.
We got to the aircraft 10 min's before take-off.
So thanks Outcome Dx you ruined 50% of both my wife's and my holiday.
I would love to know what you will do to compensate us for your shoddy sales & customer service.
Think I will not hold my breath on that one though.

I would never use this company again.
Registering your test kit was a nightmare

Absolut scam and fraud.
They never sent me the code to complete my passenger locator form.
Incredible that this company is listed on the official government website.

Simply appalling.
No way to register the kit.

Paid for a day 2 test, received the test, took the test, sent the test back and then received an email saying test kit received, then nothing, no results no emails nothing. Contacted OutcomeDX who basically called me a liar, saying they emailed the results, checked email, Junk mail and recovered all email for the past 30 days and nothing. Terrible service.

Paid £150 and when we had to fill in a plf it did not recognise the code and said invalid , we tried to fill plf in day before travelling for the following day so we decided to go to zante airport and hope we could get help which we had no luck the following day we were lucky as one of the Greek English managed to bypass the form and we managed to get on plane to get back home I have spent ages looking for phone number for outcome dx which come up as being in Nottingham and seems only to be a delivery service , there is no tel number for this two and eight days test for us to phone and discuss our options and it’s totally unacceptable, someone is making a lot off money and leaving people in the dark

This company have caused a lot of stress to many people who paid £69 for a test and could not register with the Website address printed on their Registration Instruction & Receipt. After sending many emails to them I eventual received a reply and a different link on how to register, it works and takes the codes given to us. It has been a very stressful time dealing with them and some people could not take this important test

This review relates to the prompt customer service received from Prab who quickly responded to my request to cancel and refund an antigen test

At the time of purchasing my day 2 & 8 test the website clearly stated " This reference number is sent to you in a second email, immediately after your order confirmation email. Many email systems filter this second email as spam, please check your promotional inbox or spam inbox for this email. If you do not have your email, please have your order number to hand and head to need my PLF form number "

But I did not receive my reference number and ended up purchasing another day 2 & 8 kit, as well as missing my flight as i did not have the funds to purchase the second kits. This was 4 days ago.

Now the website states " Must purchase before international travel to England ". This is their way to get out of the pickle they have put themselves into by lying to the public. On top of that they have the cheek to say "There will be a £45 admin fee deducted from your refund as per our terms and conditions."
