Piece of S**t Company, They have scammed a lot of People. Must be owned by a useless MP.

Furious I had to even give 1 star!! Booked 2 lots of day 2 and day 8 tests with this company, no booking reference number provided! No contact number and you get an automatic email saying they will look into your query and you hear nothing back! I could not fill in my passenger locator form without it and have to book elsewhere. £300 down the drain! This company was top of the list on the government website, absolutely furious! Do not use this company they will take your money and you will not hear back. I will be doing everything I can upon my return to the UK to get my money back!!

We have paid for aday 2 test which arrived but cannot be registered on the Outcomedx site or the Government site.
Total scam!

I paid this company for a 2 day and 8 day test.
I received and sent off my 2 day test and have not received results nearly three weeks afterwards. They also have not sent the 8 day test.
These people are complete scammmers do not use them.
They were top of the list on the government's Web site.
45 pounds admin to claim a 75 pound refund.
They are in breach of contract. Why not a full refund.

No results back.
No communication.
No response to enquiry email.
No phone number to call.
Looks like they've copied and pasted the site at 123tests.co.uk to outcomedx.co.uk to get around the prior awful reviews.

Total scam.
Paid 168 pounds for two Day 2 tests which I sent off 2 weeks ago. No reply from the company & there seems to be no way of contacting them.
Will be reporting this matter to the Ombudsman for further investigation,

Worst experience! Having used several company tests previously - this by far is the worst! Day 2 and day 8 tests - hard to register and forget about getting the results back !! Took them each time 5/6 days to send me back my results by which date my quarantine was supposed to finish!!
Total crap! Stay away from this one 😩

Ordered 4 tests to be in place when we returned form holiday, well aware of the encumbrances of the bank holiday. NO tests were sent until I emailed them again after returning. 1 kit sent which I returned by priority mail the same day. NO result 3 days later. Still awaiting 3 other tests to still be delivered. Complete scam. Avoid!

The company really do not exist when you need them. They take your money and when you start to complete your passenger locator form to return to the UK you realise they have not supplied you with a Test Package Booking Reference Number - without this you cannot complete your UK Government form and without the form you cannot check in, cannot board the aircraft and cannot leave the country you are visiting. E-mailed and wrote to their automated contact system - no response. Complete scam and they have now stolen 2 x £78 for tests for myself and wife. Had to order another complete set of tests with a different provider to get the reference number to leave the foreign country we were in. Avoid at all costs - total fake company have placed in the hands of my credit card company as I have challenged this

This lab acts as proxy for 123 tests. Goes without saying, the same problems with 123 also directly apply to outcome dx. They are slow and, while they claim to release the result before 23:59 of the day they receive the samle, multiple days of delay are to be fully expected (happened to me). Stay away unless you only intend to donate your 79 pounds to an inefficient lab

The most difficult process to register- took us many failed attempts but if you are having a problem do not despair, we eventually managed and I hope this will help. there was no help from the company, just completely useless computer generated response forms. If you are using a laptop, type the web address on your registration instructions, directly into the web address bar, NOT into the search engine which takes you only to their sales site. It worked for us in Microsoft Edge but not in google Chrome until we cleared all cookies and web search history.
On mobile phone type the web address as above into a Whatsapp or Messenger message, when the address goes blue tap the link and you should get to the registration site page. You do need a lot of information to fill in on that page so have ready your test order number, passport number, passenger locater form reference, etc before you start. We only got this far thanks to another reviewer on Trustpilot who mentioned the Whatsapp hack. So thanks to him and very good luck to you with this terrible system.

Total scam.
I booked a day2 test with them. The test came, but no booking reference number, so I had to buy a new one, since I had no information to put on my passenger locator form - whiteout which they don’t even let you board the plane.
Emailed them 2x to get the code 3 days before my flight, automated reply came to fill in a form. Filled in the form 2x, no reply.

Apart from the message: if you want a refund, you lose £45. Ridiculous.

Please if you havnt already purchased avoid like the plague. Tests arrived in time but no way to register them. After hours of conversations with our credit card company and Nhs 119 we found out that Outcome DX is actually 123test.co.Uk you can register your tests with that webpage but we sent them 2 days ago and still no results. This is a useless automated contact number for them 0161 527 7960.
Our credit card company is convinced that their a fraud company. Thankfully we will be covered but we’re unsure what to do next if the results don’t come back.

Booked a day 2 PCR test through a 123Labs.co.uk. When I got a confirmation email of the purchase I saw that this was actually being fulfilled through a business called 123tests.co.uk which has had terrible reviews. Concerned that I may have a similar experience I immediately requested to cancel my order and was directed to Outcomedx.co.uk (support@). Despite emailing my wish to cancel (within 10 minutes of purchasing) I received no response and have been charged £175
