COMPLAINT

I don't like how client's money are deducted without any notice and the refunds are being delayed , Question is : am I still gonna get my refund or I should just move on ? Services provided aren't actually good because why would a person wait for refund for three weeks whereas the money was supposed to reflect in a period of 5-7 working days .You guys should value your clients.

These people have been taking money out…

These people have been taking money out of my account since the 12th August that’s 9 payments n some months there have taken 3 payments when I get in touch there tell me there don’t have my email address on record these people are a scam there telling me there will give me a credit to shop with them it’s in the terms and conditions how can u read them if u haven’t subscribed there really taking the mic
