Great customer care and quick response

Thank you escalating team for refunding me. I really appreciate it. I am a pensioner and do not always understand this social media . I do not have a income and that was my main reason for cancelling .

I don't understand why you are taking money from my card! What scam is this? I had to freeze my card because of you!

I was scammed through an ad where I was trying to purchase a meal only to find out I'm paying for something I do not know and there was no further communication afterwards. May I please have my money refunded please.

That’s Great I had An Experience

This is a scam/fraud. I’ve not purchased anything from this business and have 2 credit card transactions just like others have commented below.

I phoned to say that my subscription had been mad in error and that given my circumstances the membership would be of no benefit whatsoever. After some minor questions the very polite and helpful lady on the phone asked me to hold on for a minute then came backbto say the membership was cancelled and I would be receiving a full refund
Based on this conversation I have no issues in fully recommending this company.

Signed me up for a subscription I never asked for. I was only paying delivery for a cup. And now they’ve taken €8 or £6.78.
Scammed.
Opened a dispute through my bank.
Beware. No email contact. Nothing to say I’d subscribed.

As an update. I put in a dispute with my bank and they’ve refunded now. It won’t change my rating as it shouldn’t be done in the first place. But glad I got my money back through my bank.

Apparently it's now going to be refunded. I look forward to getting my money back asap. deceptive. I understood that I was purchasing a folding bike not signing up to membership to a garden club. Very annoying 😑 😒

Carmen handled the issue. The concern is resolved really well. It may have taken quite some time to be resolved but I'm glad this has been addressed properly.

This merchant already declined the refund I requested due to some confusing ads, so I proceed with purchasing something within the amount I have in my account however all the things I have tried to purchase were all out of stock until my subscription got expired and I got nothing then. I've decided to just move on because I could not do anythibg then. As of the moment, I actually received a message from RAJ one the the CSRs of this company notifying that the company will proceed in a PMT refund of the exact amount I paid. With that being said, I am truly happy with this initiative of a PMT refund with the amount not being used. I really hope for a successful refund transaction from this company.TIA
