I received leather boots with scraches
I received leather boots with scraches, undone laces, no paper inside the boots just one outside in the box, one missing, no oryginal box,after a few emails back and forth, pictures documented, they would not offer a bit discount on them. Obviously they were last pair, someone tried them a lot, customer service did not took time to prepare for next customer. A bit disappointed of the service.
