Hi John, thanks for your review. We do try to make it a priority to give people an expected date with our deliveries. Once it leaves our warehouse, with Anpost they are usually between 2-3 working days for delivery. We have been experiencing a significant amount of orders lately and I apologies that we did not get that information to you as promptly as we should have. Andrew and Staff,
Just want to say how much i appreciate you and your team did for me with my order, I live in Newcastle Australia and i was after this battery operate air pump for our tent and the Outdoor Adventure Store was the only place that could ship it to Australia from Ireland, after paying for and receiving my goods was a month due to distance but that didn't worry me what worried my was i was sent the complete wrong product, emailed and received my refund. Then had a call to say they were back in stock a few weeks later this time i received the right product thank you.
