Product and online store very good ... what is has been less positive is O&G customer service team response following agreed return/refund of an unwanted/unused lamp fitting. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for confirmation of previously agreed refund been issued nearly a month after unwanted item returned via O&G arranged courier service. Customer service team yet to respond to two chasing emails.

Ordered a set of LED wall lights, one failed in the space of 2 months, are I thought, they have a 5 year guarantee, per Outdoorandgardenlighting own web site. So have called and emailed a fair few times but I have not received a reply or phone call, it is now 3 weeks on from first trying to report the issue… simply being ignored.

The lights were well packaged and delivered when expected. Ordering was easy and the company kept me updated regularly on the delivery situation.They all arrived in perfect condition.

Garden light i bought doesn’t work despite being installed by an electrician

I love my light, but I am afraid I am still waiting for the electrician to fix it. This is the reason I have given 4 stars & not 5.

Against a backdrop of an order of 6 additional bollard lights, where the lights were not going to be available until late June and after a new deck was installed, Outdoor and Garden lighting (via Customer Services Manager - Diane) pulled out all the stops and managed to pull the delivery forward by more than a week. Thank you Diane. Very much appreciated.

There was an initial difficulty in the delivery of our item due to an incomplete address on the package. I'm not sure whose fault it was but, notwithstanding, the company made every effort to rectify the matter. They acted promptly, liaising with the delivery company and keeping me informed of progress.

Lights are good quality however one of the bulbs that I purchased at the same time did blow after only a couple of days

You had a good range at a good price. Delivery was fast and efficient. One tiny issue with one of the lights was resolved in a friendly manner and double-quick time. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great quality product and delivered very quickly

Delighted with the service. My outdoor lamp arrived on time for my electrician to check and install. It was delivered well wrapped and looks great up on the outside wall of my house.

Zero communication. Never reply to emails. Goods returned and no refund received. Theft. Do not use under any circumstances if you value your money.
