It's been a while since I bought, but everything went smoothly and we're very pleased.

Not the best service if I’m honest. Ordered and paid for an outdoor light for my pub on a 48 hr delivery window. I then went on holiday for 8 days and when I returned nearly 2 weeks after ordering, I was informed that it had not been delivered. Emailed the company and was told that for some reason the order had disappeared of the system. They obviously apologised but not the best experience for a first time customer. Need to do better!

I bought these outdoor lights to enhance the lighting under a new patio canopy. They look really good, work well & match the window frames & canopy.

Really very cheap, I guess that’s what you get for the price, broken glass on arrival, and will be changing it as it just looks very nasty.

We had a difficult archway into our London Mews road. Lighting has been a challenge. Two wall lanterns from Ourdoor and Gardening were just right. They arrived speedily and were good value for money.

Easy to buy and wonderful quality latern when we received it. Well done, keep shining brightly.

I am still trying to return these items back to you as Electrician has stayed that they are not suitable for my house. I am hitting a brick wall each time I request the return labels for the parcels. Very frustrated indeed as the money is in the company bank account and not mine who is a pensioner. Someone please help me or I shall have to contact someone/newspapers about the way I am getting treated by your company. Yvonne Sweeney.

My lights worked beautifully for the first week or so and then quite a lot of then failed and went brown. These were supposed to be outdoor ones. Very disappointed
