Poor communication.
I have given 2 stars because of lack of communication about my order. My confirmation email stated that delivery would be between 3 to 5 days but after 9 days I had heard nothing. I sent one email which wasn’t replied to but had a reply to the second one and a couple of days later received my order. Not terribly impressed with the service.
