This is the second review request email I have received. I have NOT received (weeks passed expected delivery date) the product I’m asked to review. I’m patient and understand the delay but I do find it irritating that there is such a disconnect in the delivery/ review system. I suggest that all review requests be sent AFTER you know the product has been received.

I called the Order Dept to check stock and availability prior to purchasing some tables. The rep was very pleasant and helpful. After that, I placed an order on-line in just a few minutes. Very easy with Pay-Pal as an option.

I am giving three stars because our table came damaged and when a replacement table was delivered, Outdoor Furniture would not take responsibility for picking up and disposing of the damaged table. It was too big to be taken by the trash or recycle collectors and too big for our car to take to the dump. Leaving us to take care of their damaged good was not professional.

We love our 48inch outdoor poly bar table ,it is built well and arrived on time!!
Did not deliver to where I asked.
Did not deliver to where I asked. They left it at the front of the house and one box fell off the step onto the sidewalk. I then had to carry them to the back door area where I asked that they be dropped off. Nothing was damaged but why give delivery instructions if they are not followed.

Very easy to navigate web site and to place order. It was explained at time of order that there is a long lead time for production and delivery, but this was OK with us because we ordered well in advance of when we would be able to use the furniture in the spring. Delivery estimate was mid-April, and order was delivered April 8.
Service was outstanding
Service was outstanding. Made calls to the vendor to check stack availability. I was able to get 3 side tables for our new pool when all other sites ad local stores had no inventory.
Call them for all your outdoor needs.
