Excellent quality wood, and every joint was manufactured to fit perfectly. The included hardware was first rate and all hardware was included to totally complete the project.

The 16 x 12 "Breeze" pergola was packed perfectly and arrived sooner than expected. The instructions were professionally done, complete, and easy to follow.

As with everything else about my experience with Outdoor Living Today, the customer service and phone support was first class.

This was an excellent shed. The quality of the components and the wood was very high.The instructions were easy to follow, and we got it done with two people in approximately two days. I feel this will last for a very long time, and I am very satisfied.

Just wanted to let you know that the Pergola project went off with out a hitch.
I had 3 guys lined up to help unload, but by the time they arrived Cindy and I had it unloaded. It wasn't too bad at all, went fast considering I'm 61 and she is 62.

We also assembled the ladder sections over the weekend, and my buddy the contractor along with3 of his men erected the Pergola in one day.

All of the precut pieces fell together perfectly. The only thing I'd suggest that you do differently is on the base plates for the braces add another predrilled hole and supply additional wood pegs.

Just got my 3x6 garden shed but haven’t put it together yet, BUT.... the customer service of OLT has been out of this world great!!
I ordered to be delivered to Washington DC area then realized (almost too late) that I wouldn’t be in town for delivery. OLT worked with me over multiple day through my stupid schedule changes with what seemed like smiles. Each person I spoke with was super helpful. Now to put it together and enjoy some more space in my garage!

Quality shed (Grand Garden Chalet)! Look's great and it only took me 7 hrs to assemble myself. Arrived undamaged and on schedule. Best product for the money. I also reinforced it with hurricane straps (not included) and soil anchors.

The service was excellent, the people were very helpful, and the product is high quality. The only issue we had was during the delivery, which was not OLT but another company. The delivery guy didn't realize when he put the pallet into his truck that he wouldn't be able to get it back out because of the lift gate design. It took about an hour for him (with our help) to figure out how to get it out of the truck and onto the ground. It was a little scary because it weighed 1,100 pounds.

Well built product with a quality finish and delivered in a reasonable time.

The shed kit I ordered from Outdoor Living Today turned out fantastic. The materials are very high quality and are precision cut, the assembly instructions were excellent, and the shed went together exactly as expected. I highly recommend this company and product.

Excellent communication from the staff and the 8x8 Raised Bed looks great and was fairly easy to put together. Can't wait to try it out this next season.

Great shed, very beautiful— love the smell of walking into a fresh cedar “closet”. Instructions were reasonably clear enough for an amateur. Fit was nearly perfect on every joint. Looking forward to years of happy storing

So much better than resellers like Wayfair. I talked to the same actual real person each time. They try to be helpful and actually remmebered me between calls. Can't say enough! great people, fair prices.

Totally impressed with the service and delivery, and interactions with sales personnel at OLT. The 12x12 cedar sun shed kit travelled by truck across Canada from BC and to Newfoundland (which includes a ferry crossing) and arrived in remarkable time, totally intact, and with all materials accounted; impressed with the company’s logistics and carrier to achieve this! I highly recommend OLT if you are looking for trustworthy company that delivers what it promises. Further, the assembly directions were easy to follow, and for most part the shed can be erected almost entirely by one person...took me approximately 4 days for the substantive structure; another day for trims and window boxes, etc.

Kit was delivered in great condition was easy to put together with two people.
