I just bought the Artic Air.

I just bought the Artic Air.
Follow all instructions.
Fill the reservoir. It has been running for over an hour and still no cool air. When off and pushing the cool button only I do not hear a pump pumping water to the cooling cartridge and they're dry.
I guess I have to return the unit.
Very disappointed.

Don't think you bought through us. we closed the webshop back in january. The site is only shows products from other shops now.

I have not subscribed to this gooutdoorpro site, they have taken £6.45 out of my account today 4th 11 2023, I am reporting this site as fraud to my bank

Bought Blundstone boots

Bought Blundstone boots, sent them back for a size exchange. They sent me an all scratched and used boot. Sent them back and had to buy a new one since I’m going overseas. Faster option according to their staff. Got the refund on the used boot. Only thing is the other boot I bought was used and scratched as well. They promised through the phone they were going to send a new one. In summary. Paid twice for new boots but they only sent used ones. Now I’m overseas and can’t bother to return them. I paid for new ones not used. Scam. Shame.
