I haven't even received my delivery as the courier wasn't given my number or email to notify me that the order was on it's way so someone was home to accept.
The order is probably on it's way back to the store as the customer service representative wasnt that bothered that my order was not delivered.

I knew the product I was buying was good quality because I’ve bought the AGU brand before. The price here was considerably better than elsewhere though (I saved about £15).

I ordered a pair of Oulkai flip flops in a UK size 11. Unfortunately the flip flops received were in a uk size 13.

They do just fit so am loathe to return them as I’m due to go on holiday in a few days time. Disappointed that a simple size selection could be so far out.

Outdoor supply . Co was the only company that held the walking boots that I was looking for.
I was a little worried about ordering a £300 pear of walking boots off a company that I haven’t heard of so I looked up “Outdoor supply” to find out there history and philosophy.
It was only then that I took the plunge in ordering the Hanwag walking boots that I had been looking for.
After the simple ordering took place they contacted me with tracking information to put my mind at rest,
The boots were of course just what I was looking for and so pleased when they came as promised,

Good table at a fair price delivered on time. Five stars would require the table to have no wobble. It’s stable but like most good camping tables still wobbles a bit.

Ordered this jumper for my wife. Really good quality and has a nice slim fit. Ordered a size medium (fits well for a size 10/12).
Order arrived really quickly with good communication throughout. Wife is now tempted to order another one in a different colour.

Arrived in bubble wrap, not a manufacturer's box. How do I know it is genuine? Currently checking with the manufacturer to see if my item is legit.
Update; legit it is, just would have liked it in a box from the manufacturer.
