Terrible customer service, called and emailed numerous times to return/exchange a Christmas gift for my daughter and have not heard back in 3 weeks. Very disappointing, I would NOT recomend purchacing though this company.

This store is a complete scam. I placed an order online and never received it. Their customer service is a complete joke. I should have looked at the reviews before making a purchase. If you are considering buying from them this is a sign to go literally anywhere else. Order (#324188)

The shoes I ordered did not include the original box and the tags were already removed. Also there was no packing slip in the box. I tried calling customer service several times and ended up leaving a message. No one ever returned my call. There return policy states items must be returned in original box with tags still attached. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company. Seems like they try to make it difficult if not impossible to return items. Order #323299

This has to be a SCAM company. I purchased an expensive pair of snow boots through this company on Amazon. I received the package two days after I ordered them. I opened the box to find two boots thrown in with NO tags, NO Shoebox (from the manufacturer), No paperwork, NO cardboard protectors inside the boots and ONE piece of tissue paper. One of the shoes was a size 9 and the other was a size 13. Both boots looked USED, which would explain why there was NO SHOEBOX. I immediately called the alleged phone number -- all voicemail - no return calls, a total joke. I scheduled a return on the same day. I have never seen anything like this -- it was clearly old merchandise without any attempt to pretend it was anything different. This company had an 83% score on Amazon -- it should have had a 0% -- whoever is behind this scam operation should be ashamed -- as should Amazon!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM OUTLAND USA!!!!!

Saw a lot of negative reviews so wanted to give my own thoughts. I ordered a Rab jacket off their website for a crazy sale. Free shipping, even to Alaska!! They called me to confirm my shipping address because it was different from my billing address. Item arrived 2 days ahead of time and was in great condition. This was a new item, and there was some slight discoloration on the inside, so I imagine this was a returned new product, but that is not an issue for me. I would absolutely purchase again from them given the right sale. Keep in mind: this is not REI! I would not purchase from here expecting to have great return service on my heavily discounted items. Buy from here because you know you want/need the product and want it for a crazy price. For me though, definitely would buy again.

They promised 15% off on any item with email and text signup so I signed up. Then I ordered a hat, went to checkout only to find out my hat isn't eligible for 15% off. I found this to be dishonest. I cancelled the order but there is no option to delete my account. Unhappy non-customer now.

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I’ve ordered from Outland twice and got great deals with fast shipping. I’ll keep shopping there.

So I wanted to buy a Canada Goose coat for the wife for Christmas. I read good reviews for Outland and read some bad ones. After calling Canada Goose and verifying outlandusa.com was an authorized retailer for them I gave it a shot. I can post my experience only. I ordered December 2nd. Didn’t see a change in order status but did get an order confirmation. I called December 3rd and left a voicemail for customer service. Within 5 minutes a very nice young lady called me back to tell me she sent me an email with a tracking number and it had shipped on the second. The same day I ordered it! The Only drawback was the site itself didn’t send me an update. Got the package today the 4th. I am so glad I gave them a shot ! I got the Lorette Parka with the fur hood for 25% off the full price of $1475.00. (Signed up for code don’t work on already discounted coats) So the final cost was $1121.25. There was $28.38 shipping insurance. (Happy to have it.) So total coast was $1149.63. That same coat on Canada Goose is now called Lorette Heritage and is $1775.00 plus tax ! A savings of about $775.00. (Good for me I’m not rich lol) Now the coat is authentic and brand new. A color I wanted which was graphite. (Everyone has black.) Now Canada goose did tell me it may be last years color but it would be brand new and it was. They said Outland buys in bulk from them. So all in all my experience with them was so awesome I had to leave a positive review. Thanks for a smooth cost savings purchase !
Edit 12/22/24. Forgot to mention after receiving it just for peace of mind brought it to Canada Goose store. Guy took one look at it and said this is one of ours. Older ladies coats have smaller badge and not as clear as larger badge because they are smaller. He even gave me a Canada Goose hanger, garment bag and packed it in nice Canada Goose shopping bags so it’s way nicer than wrapping it. He was so nice I bought a beanie hat for her at the store. $250 🤣

Should've read Trustpilot before buying. Almost everything is fine except for the returns. They have no standardized shipping/refund process- you have to ship it at your expense from a carrier of your choice, at your own risk. From experience this almost never gets delivered back to the company smoothly. I mean, which multi-brand retailer with tons of product doesn't have a return system? Get it together it's 2024.

I accidentally ordered two Stetson hats in the same color as soon as I realized it, I contacted customer service to cancel or exchange one of them for a different color. They hadn't shipped yet and were still at their facility, but they told me that I would have to receive them, buy the other color, then send the one back and pay return shipping. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!@

I recently received an order shipped to me directly from OutlandUSA.com in Nashville,TN. It was a pair of shoes, and it was packed very well and arrived exactly when expected and hoped for.

Stop shipping USPS. THEY SUCK !! stupid Amazon forces usps shipping which does not deliver to my address you pay the return shipping handling and accept risk for damage loss and theft snd still have to refund my money. Looked at all the reviews but still decided to give them a try anyways and disappointed like all the other customers. Had to call because I received an order refund without a reason. Once I called, they claimed the item wasn’t in stock anymore but even posted it back on their site and Amazon which was at a higher price. Claimed it’s an error but seems very fishy almost like they changed their mind on the price and just said it was out of stock so they can sell it higher. Trust the reviews and just buy elsewhere.

Had good pictures and the style of Stetson I was thinking about easy ordering and arrived when predicted plus free shipping…happy camper here

Highly recommended Outland USA. Called CS 4 times, not only they picked up my calls immediately but also answered all of my questions. They are very nice, professional and helpful. I read their negative reviews, most did not make much senses to me. So I decided to give a try & ordered a Canada Goose jacket. I ordered it at lunch time, received the email with FedEx tracking number 5pm same day. I am very pleased with their efficacy. I got the jacket in 4 days, 2 days were weekend. The jacket is authentic with the original tag. Outland USA sells authentic, high end products with 15% off for the first time customers. Any wiser people should give it a try. Outland USA will work with you until you are happy, you can exchange or return the item easily if it does not work out. This is my 1st time buying products from this website, I will check with Outland USA 1st before I buy from others from now on. How can this do???

Last Sunday I ordered a pair of Filson gloves that were the right size and color and that were discounted on OutlandUSA. I delayed in ordering the gloves for at least two weeks due to the negative reviews on this and one other website. But on another marketplace site (very big site that starts with an A) where OutlandUSA has a presence, they received a 95% seller rating. So I ordered the gloves. A day later the gloves were shipped and I received a tracking number. Four days later I received them. Absolutely no drama and everything was as expected. So for that reason I will order from them again. For me, I consider great customer service to be when I don't have to contact customer service at all.
