The gear is amazing love the quality and the styles customer service is brilliant it would been 5 star but the delivery took such along time for the gear to arrive longer than expected but Iam happy with my ring chain and bracelet.

I ordered an item that was out of stock…
I ordered an item that was out of stock by the time it was supposed to be shipped to me. I wrote to outlaws and they offered to refund the money , that I pick something else, or just wait until the item was back in stock. I said I’ll just wait and they told me it could be up to 3 months. Two days ago there was a delivery with my item! They didn’t forget about me,
I was so happy and I’m really impressed. I will definitely order from them again.

After I had a fault with 1 of my necklaces, may I point out i brought 7 in a order. I emailed the team and explained the problem etc, to my surprise I got a email back in afew hrs and more follow up emails after. I must say I don't usually leave reviews on products I buy from stores etc, but the service i have received from this company is more than 100% and would use again to buy more products. And I would fully recommend to others.
