"You have returned your ordered watch to us and wish to cancel/return your purchase.
Your watch has arrived with us. Unfortunately, upon inspection, it turned out that the watch was returned in used condition.
Observations:
- All layers of protective film have been removed from the watch,
-Possibly small scratches on the case.
As you may understand, we cannot accept your return. After all, the watch is no longer in new condition and cannot be resold to another customer...
.. request you to make a choice.
1. (BEST CHOICE) The watch will be returned to you free of charge. To compensate for long waits, you will receive a voucher worth € 20,-.

Well...
1. WATCH WAS RETURNED AFTER 1 DAY - it was broken which I did not know since it stopped working.
2. There were no scratches when it was returned.
3. In accordance to EU laws I have full right to get 100% of the amount when item is returned before 14 days have expired. (And it cannot be used since I did not even wear it..))
====ORIGINAL POST====
Absolute scammers - sent me a broken watch (with a delay in the delivery by the way). The watch was not working and had to return it after a day.
They told me the refund will be processed within a few months, which is pretty slow since they sent me a broken item.
Until now (2+ months after the return), nothing has been received, they stopped replying to my emails so now have to get in touch with my bank for assistance. Save yourselves some time and order from proper sellers.

First time to order here..i can say it was past delivery and everything complet even the free bracelet is included..the watch i ordered is same as By Bijenkorf. So its not fake..im so happy for my watch 😁

Great Experience
I had a great first experience with outletuur. My watch reached in 3 day in great packaging and exactly as described. The customer service team was super helpful and made sure I am fully clear about order shipment. I know you are reading the other reviews and quite worried about ordering with them, but from my experience, I saw that they are very aware of the delay history they have and are trying their best to not have it happen to the majority of their customers. I definitely recommend them and will be purchasing with them again

I read a lot of bad comments about long delivery after ordering. Since I wanted two watches for my wedding, I really did not have time for more than a month. Thus, I emailed them; if you can not deliver it before a month, please cancel my order. After two days, they responded to my email and also refunded all the money. Thus, at least in my case, the response was immediate and satisfying. However, they somehow consented that the 15 days promised on the ordering page is not correct by canceling the order.

I have never been so un happy with a company as this. On 12/6/20
Ordered a watch . Changed my and asked to exchange it for different color . That was not possible as the order had been done. I was told to refuse the package and then order the item i wanted. It isno Januari 5th . It was xmas present . I haveno watch and paid on a12 /620. Your customer service is disgusting. I am very disapointed. I can only hope this gets resolved. Linda Lewis
