Locked out and can't get back in - USELESS

I manage mym mums affairs as her LPA. I had no issues with her account until I got forced into using a passkey (I don't understand these at all). Within a week her account was getting used elsewhere...by chance? Who knows. But never had an issue before this ridiculous passkey situation came about.

Now I'm locked out it wants to send a code to her house phone, which we no longer have, I don't know her childhood best friend security question so I'm locked out.

What a joke. I never realised how bad Outlook was until this happended, now I've seen the 1 star reviews across the board. Crazy for a huge brand/company.

Someone trying to access my account

Everyday I am being asked 2 or 3 times if I tried to access my account and to choose a number or deny access. I have repeatedly denied access but cannot get to speak to anyone in support about someone trying to hack into my account. They don't care. I have had my MSN email account for over 25 years and they are antiquated and need to retire. I am changing to google

Cannot use Outlook

The Microsoft Outlook has a feature where you can allow senders to send you mail or block them. A very important email came to me today and I could not open the email
I could not allow this sender to be added to my safe list. I thought by deleting the app the new app would work. I could not authenticate myself. There was an audio that had supposedly birds singing. I heard a few of them but I could not authenticate myself this way either. I tried to get help and that did not work. I try to leave a message at the Play Store and that did not work. So I have to contact the company and ask them to send me the email to another email address. I cannot use the Microsoft Outlook app

I would say this is the worst…

I would say this is the worst experience from any company ever it’s beyond a joke just impossible to get to speak to someone about issues. You have 100% more chance of reaching the moon and back than you have getting help. Acount blocked years been going around in circles as I can’t seem to pass the online verification process even with correct passwords and as many answers to question’s that I know. no option to get hold of anybody via phone For a company making billions each year to not offer phone support just sums up the absolute greed make billions but why get someone on the end of a phone . I’ve given up but some information I would like to get from old email

I didn't and never opt in the Microsoft…

I didn't and never opt in the Microsoft security updates and continue to get locked out after regaining my access to my email account time after time there's a new hoop to jump. They've done it this time. My other accounts depend on my email account. And they're stealing everything all at once.

Possibly THE worst email platform

Possibly THE worst email platform to ever exist. Am locked out of my new account, unable to recover following their steps because I can’t provide enough information.

I am logging in on a new phone so that went against me logging in on the same device I created the account.

I’ve moved to a new home in which I tried both postcodes - unsuccessful

Provide email addresses of friends, family, businesses to which you had contacted or had contact from - unsuccessful as it was a new account.

I am also unable to obtain a code to phone number ending in *********44 it displays incorrect number, the correct number ends in *44 🤣

I am going to delete my other account and never use Hotmail/outlook again.

Just wasted an hour and half of my life just trying to get into my email. Luckily none of my business orders are to that email address

Outlook on google browser is terrible

Outlook on google browser is terrible. Tried to sign in but when I did I got told too many incorrect password attempts so I had to verify it was me using the authenticator. Then tried to sign in on my backup phone got the same all over again and authenticator wouldn't work nor would my Gmail code. I had to go to my main phone to verify it was me. So frustrating.
