Spoke to the Managing Director about work coming back incorrectly with many mistakes. She couldn’t have cared less and just wanted the invoices paid! Will never deal with this company ever again!!

I have been using Outsec for transcription services for almost 14 years, primarily for medico-legal reports but also whenever I need to generate text quickly. In every instance, Outsec has provided outstanding service. The turnaround time is fast, and the transcription accuracy is impeccable. The cost is reasonable, billing is straightforward, and payment is easy. On the rare occasions when an issue has arisen, the response from Outsec’s team has been prompt and professional. Their staff are friendly, highly capable, and genuinely helpful. Over the years, Outsec has become an indispensable part of my practice, and I have no reservations in highly recommending their services.

The team at OutSec should be proud of themselves. Their service is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. I've been using them now for five years and have never had an issue with anything. My dictation is not the best but my typist seems to understand me and corrects all my mistakes and sends me back a better written transcript than I could do! Very, very pleased with my experience with OutSec and I cannot speak more highly of them.

Outsec has proved invaluable to me over the last few years. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and the personal service they offer is incredible. Since I am not technically minded it was necessary for them to guide me through all the steps over the phone and their patience was fantastic. As a writer I have always found it very laborious typing up my work slowly. However by simply using the OutSec Connect App I have been dictating as and when I am inspired and it has been typed up and returned to me for my editing. This system has saved me not only time but also is so easy to use. Additionally this means that I can dictate when 'in the mood' - I may be at my desk or out walking and, if I feel a burst of creative energy, I just take out my phone and record the next chapter! OutSec are amazing and have changed my life totally!

I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon and have been working with OutSec for just over three years now. From day one they have been exemplary. Responsive to all of my queries. Faultless transcription quality. I mean, the rarest minor correction.The portal works very well and the invoicing and online analysis is also very good. The transcription works seamlessly with my iPhone dictation app. It is also a very cost effective option.
