Excellence from start to completion
This was my first order from this company. I was able to interact with staff who were absolutely lovely and kind. They also didn’t laugh when I asked about timing for one of the Grande Wallets based on budgetary issues! When my item came (which was super quick), it was so much better than how it seemed on the screen! The work and colour and dedication to excellence is easily seen. Ironically, I didn’t even know I hadn’t seen all the website previously! I absolutely have now and have already started working on a new altered budget to purchase more items. The leather is soft, colours bright and components absolutely excel. Not only would I be willing to get more of the same for me in different colours, AND other items as noted above when I can afford it, I would happily give any piece as a present to someone without any fear of them not liking it. I highly recommend this company. If you have any questions, I recommend you reach out to them as in absolutely sure they’ll listen and respond when they are able to.
