Misplaced the two short straps to secure the bag. Requested assistance from the guys at Overboard and not only did they have the correct parts but I only had to pay postage, the straps were free!

Good service and product
Good, efficient service and communication. I ordered a packaway, waterproof rucksack. It is pretty much perfect for what I wanted it for, could have done with a reinforced base though.

The large phone case fits my phone perfectly, and the clear panel allows me to take sharp, unobstructed photos. I had a question about the size before ordering, and the customer support team responded with clear, helpful advice. Great product and excellent service!

One of the couriers messed up my order, so I rang Overboard, and they used a different courier to ensure a timely delivery.

A good pouch but not perfect. The phone pouch is well made and big…
The phone pouch is well made and big enough to take most mobiles, although it makes the phone a little large to fit well in a pfd pocket.
I have used it a couple of times now while kayaking and was able to take photos and videos without much difficulty although it is not easy to see the side controls on the phone through the pouch. I found the inside of the pouch a little sticky when sliding the phone inside. All in all it's probably the best phone pouch I have tried to date, and it's probably worth the money 🙂

100% waterproof phone cases…
We purchased two waterproof phone cases for our trip abroad last October. Once the order was placed they arrived very promptly.
I have to admit I was sceptical that they would do a good job. However, we used them on several occasions whilst swimming and can say they were 100% waterproof. We even managed to take reasonable photos with them whilst in the cases.

Rucksack very durable and waterproof.

Used for a holiday in Sumatra including a couple days trekking/camping in the jungle and trekking up a volcano.
