Incorrect marketing claims
The product I purchased (7ltr SLR bag) was actually less than 2ltr capacity when closed in accordance with the provided instructions. Volume tested with water and proved to be less than 2 litres. Customer services gave no feedback regarding the false description and the product is still on the website claiming the wrong capacity. I paid the extra for the 14ltr bag and found it to be 4 times the size of the 7ltr

Solid, spacious, and comfortable to carry
This is one solid bag that will probably still be used two generations hence! Lots of room and the inner pockets are great for storing those smaller items you want easy access to. This has become my go-to bag for long weekends and on-board luggage as it holds all I need, fits both under the seat or overhead luggage bin, and keeps the contents dry and protected. Only negative is that in backpack configuration I find the straps are a little long even when fully tightened and I am a bit over 5’7” so a shorter person might find this uncomfortable.

Fantastic waterproof bag

100% waterproof and worth the money!
I've used OverBoard a few times over the years and have brought another one of their waterproof rucksacks, it's the only make I've found that is 100% waterproof, even over time! They may seem expensive to you but it is well worth the money 👍🏻

Tried and tested original backpack
I am a long term user and have just made a repurchase of the yellow original 20 litre backpack. My previous one was used a lot over many years as a bike commuting bag in all weathers. Also handy for camping and kayaking. It has never let me down and is really comfortable to wear and carries a good load of gear and protects it. The old one just became a bit scruffy over time and slightly frayed at the opening but has been regifted as still works and nothing broke. I have a 30 litre similar bag from another company but it’s a too big for my main use.

Top-notch customer service. We received our bag, and it has a slight mark on it. We were offered a discount on the product or a replacement. We chose a replacement, and it was all sorted super quickly. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant interaction and would definitely order again, knowing the customer service is exceptional.

Built well and good value
Prompt shipping 3/3 of my orders, well-boxed and packaged.
I have two classic 17L waterproof panniers and a classic 35L waterproof backpack. I am very happy with their products' build quality and value for money. I expect they are very waterproof although I've only experienced medium rain for relatively short durations.
