Incredibly supportive
Starting from minimal knowledge myself the staff at Overlord took great patience explaining the different games available, the rules, how it works and as an added bonus for me, an introduction to such a friendly local community. In that I've purchased my first few products from them, the general support goes above and beyond what I expect companies to do and really shows their passion for what they sell. I've even converted my 2 young children to play as well whether it's DnD, Flames of War or the ever elusive Space Marines!
Highly recommend them as they've gained a long term customer out of myself and family!

Since using Overlord in 2023, I have found them to be the best online retailer for so many hobby products! Nothing is too much trouble, and having recently attended one of their events, I recommend anyone serious about their nerd-related hobby to check them out!
