Don't trust the listings
The items we ordered were decent overall. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. I reached out regarding a purchase that was advertised with what looked like a leather-style gift bag—it was cute and part of why we chose to order it. Instead, we received a striped cardboard gift bag.
When I contacted customer service for clarification, rather than offering a simple apology or explanation, they made me feel as though I was at fault for assuming the product came with the bag as shown. The listing was misleading, and instead of acknowledging that, they chose to be dismissive and condescending. A straightforward apology would have gone a long way.
Fortunately, there are plenty of other businesses out there that do value and appreciate their customers. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere moving forward and suggest you do the same.
