Day 4 and already evaporated by a 1/4, too much alcohol I guess. Very disappointed, Aldi’s are better value at third of he cost

Dreadful! AVOID.
Where do I begin? This is my second review of this extremely grim company. If you search my last review, which was very honest, the company replied, informing me that they were dispatching a replacement immediately. That would have been beneficial, using the past tense, to highlight that it did not happen. I believe this was intended to create a favourable impression at the end of my complaint; however, they most certainly never sent a replacement. Subsequently, I contacted the customer service department twice via email. Regrettably, they have completely ignored all correspondence and have refused to either provide a refund or replace the product. In today's environment of online consumer goods, customer service is paramount, and their performance deserves a score of zero.
