Great service but the support is…
Great service but the support is non-existent. I wouldn't consider three days on average to answer an urgent support ticket with an unhelpful reply a good experience. Since their servers aren't anywhere near as cheap as they used to be, there are just better alternatives. If you are stuck with OVH for some reason then I suggest once you have a hardware issue with your server, just buy a new one and pass your existing server onto the next poor soul.
I've been told that this is just the IE version of OVH. Why this company outsources their support for each country to different offices is beyond me.

- They moved our VPS server to another HOST and system cached. Their solution re-install entire VPS server. They don't take any responsible.
Great help with configuring IPv6
Despite having to wait a few days for the ticket to receive attention, once Adam replied to my ticket and started working on it, the communication was quick and it took less then two hours (would've been faster if was better with linuxes) to figure out the problem with IPv6 and after that I was able to configure it properly. Very satisfied.
Unacceptably bad
Terrible control panel. At first I did not expect anything even remotely that bad.
Customer support is even worse. Once my web service stop responding and I couldn't connect to my VPS anymore. The customer service did nothing the whole week, just telling me to check this and check that, until I demanded to allow me to use the damn VPS I paid for. Afterwards they fixed the problem on their end at once.

Good service but bad support
OVH is good service provider, but it have very bad support.
I'm many times asked about cancellation VPS and bill - but it don't do this simple action and still spamming about payment of unused VPS.

Waste of my time
Same situation as Dan
I was asked to provide:
-Photo ID (Driver Licence or Passport)
-Proof of Address (Utility Bill or Bank Statement)
-Company registration documents (Linking the user to the company)
-A copy of the front face of the credit card used. For your security please block the middle digits, leaving the first 6 and last 4 available for validation
and for a business account:
- a proof of address such as bank statement, utility bill dated in the last 3 months showing the company name
- a copy of ID (passport, driving licence, birth certificate)
I tried to deliver all of that but had some questions.
The feedback has been ambiguous, once per 48 hours and often as an email template. The 3rd time i got the same email template, i gave up and canceled my order, 15 days have past in total.
WORST experience, BAD support - TOOK my money!
I heard of this company through word-of-mouth by some of my friends. The prices are very low, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I registered and ordered my VPS for 1 month to check it out.
Then I found out they check their orders and accept them manually, so I thought that would only take a couple of hours.
About 6 hours later I received an e-mail from them wanting me to send some proof to confirm my identity, and so I did. This is where the trouble began.
I waited for THREE days without getting ANY answer at all - I decided to contact support again asking what's up with my order - no reply at all. I figured they ignored and gave up on me, so I gave up on them and moved on to another company, where things were 1000 times better - got my VPS instantly after payment.
THEN! 6 days after I submitted my order at OVH, sent proof of identity and got no answers, they charge me for the server and notify me that they're going to set up my product for me.
I then tried to reach back to them saying I want to cancel my order and get a refund, because I've waited way too long and am no more interested in this company - but guess what. No answer again!
OVH seems to only answer their customer e-mails whenever they can earn money from it. For any other inquiries - to hell with the customer!
To this day I haven't heard anything from this company at all and I don't think I will ever get the money back anyway, which I'm pretty much fine with as it was only a couple of euros.
But I guess I shouldn't have expected much from these low prices anyway.
I do NOT recommend buying from OVH - at all!
