Great service choice, a lot of options for any kind of hosting, and the customization and pricings are detailed enough.
Overall, it's just the best in EU and it's more than enough to use them instead of their counterparts.
Had a really great interaction with their support, as for my convenience they went against their politic of services and choose to help me instead of following the rules strictly. I'll stick with OVH for my futures needs that's for sure.

The final step taken by OVH was decisive and highly professional. After escalation to the administrator team, the issue was clearly identified, handled at the right technical level, and resolved end-to-end rather than patched superficially. The coordination between diagnosis, intervention, and confirmation of resolution was efficient and reassuring. This last intervention made the difference and fully restored the service. Thank you for the seriousness, persistence, and technical expertise shown until the problem was completely solved.

Can't trust support and buggy dashboard
EDIT: OVH has reached out and we have found a solution through another ticket. I really appreciate them coming back to me.
Their offerings are really good and at a fair price. Raising the bar on customer support by default will bring this company to tier-one!
I've been a customer for more than 10 years. Customer support has never been their strong suit but this time: they refuse to acknowledge their Beta dashboard lead me to buy the same service twice. Then propose a refund before finally withdrawing their offer to refund!

DNS server change extremely slow. Their support was a joke.
Their registrar service is absolutely awful. Changes that should take a few minutes or hours for full propagation takes days instead. Trying to switch to cloudflare NS took an eternity, the support was useless. 4 days without access to our domain. Absolutely disastrous experience.

Very bad hoster for using it for 3 years. Not stable, horrible UI, too much menu with no sense, very long delay to do ANYTHING.
We are moving all our systems into another hoster which is not a danger for our company.

Trying to get back a domain
As to your support, my unique problem is that I was quite obliged to deal with my problem in english, because no french-speaking person available and I was in a hurry.
Besides, it looks like OVH did the best he could : speed, understanding of the problem and my questions, accuracy...
Maybe the rules could be adapted to take into account cases like mine, even with some kind of penalty (not necessarily financial).
Because it would be quite dramatic to loss a domain carefully created.

Ongoing Issue With Abuse Report Identification
I reported spam originating from OVHcloud servers through their official abuse reporting process on August 27. I did not receive any response.
After waiting more than a month, I left a Trustpilot review on October 7. OVHcloud replied on October 13, requesting the abuse report file number. However, their abuse report form does not provide a report number; it only generates a confirmation code.
I provided the confirmation code on October 14.
After receiving no further follow-up, I left another review on December 26. OVHcloud again requested the abuse report file number. I therefore submitted the abuse form once more, but again did not receive any abuse report file number.
I have already provided my name, email address, and report dates, which should be sufficient to identify my abuse reports within their system.

After an initial chat discussion, they suggested a phone call since the issue was complex.
The team then called me back three times within three hours to follow up and make sure everything was fully resolved.
It’s been a long time since I experienced such efficient and dedicated customer support.

Replaced defective drive
Baremetal server with the Standard level of support.
A mirrored drive began to grow the number of Offline uncorrectable sectors on a bare metal server. I "googled OVH request replacement drive" and read their online guide. I ran the appropriate tests to gather the required evidence, raised a support ticket for a disk replacement to prevent data loss and even though it was the Christmas period the ticket was picked up well within the support response time and the drive promptly replaced.
OVH have good online guides and good server prices. I do not expect a hand holding level of support at this price range although reading recent reviews here seems to show they would offer it if asked.
I have been an OVH customer for around 10 years. As long as they continue to offer the servers I need at a decent price, have a good stable network and respond to tickets when raised I don't think that will change.

Worst customer service ever !
Worst customer service ever !
OVH cut our DNS service on friday evening. There was an open invoice that was due on the 15th, Friday was the 12th. We're still not sure that the open invoice was the reason, but is it was they were at least 3 days too early to cut the service. There were no warnings.
This caused a lot of problems - we're an operational healthcare company with real doctors and real patients as 'customers'.
OVH has been completely unresponsive to our probes for information sice the incident. Not accessible over the phone, no response on the ticket and no response on the chat.
