We’ve been with OVH for over 8 years. We left Hetzner after some terrible incidents and never looked back. Our experience with OVH has been solid—excluding the major fire incident that happened a couple of years ago. To be fair, that was a big deal and quite a mess, but since then, all the new data centers have been built with multiple safety layers to prevent anything like that from happening again.
Support has also improved significantly in recent years! Response times have dropped dramatically to just a few hours (this is with the standard, entry-level support plan), which is a huge improvement compared to a few years ago when we often had to wait several days or even call support directly to get anything resolved. The quality of support has always been high—our requests were never denied, and the support team was consistently polite, professional, and capable of resolving our issues.
We’re writing this review because we recently needed to upgrade one of our servers. The existing server had a commitment for several more months, but support allowed us to move that commitment to the new server and even carried over the remaining credit (CS11336208)—no questions asked. So, thank you very much!

I recently lost my primary domain name because of them. It was connected to my primary email address, and contacting their support was a complete waste of time. The response was extremely slow, and they couldn’t provide a solution. They kept repeating that it was impossible to renew it, but they didn’t give any details on when or how it would be possible. The dashboard is also terrible to navigate, and it shows false information in the user interface. Overall, this is the worst cloud service I’ve ever used. If you’re considering using it, I highly recommend avoiding it.

Had a disruption on a few VPS instances, very prompt response from support and noticing an error on the server and suggested to migrate to another server which was picked up very quickly and exected right away in the background with a downtime of less then 1 minute.

I have ordered a Domain available on the AfterMarket.
After 4 day of processing since Saturday, I reach the support to get information on where they stand on the process.
They reply immediately saying the process can take longer due to AfterMarked processing.
To improve the experience, I suggest you to provide the customer to what step is done and what step is left to get an exquisite support.

Everything takes longer with OVH, I've setup hundreds of website a lot of different providers, and OVH user interface is worst than the shitties smallest providers I've tried.
Everything is complicated, you want to create a subdomain ? Contact support because the button is not working. You want to change DNS zone ? Contact support beacause it's not updating (no error message of course, it would be to easy). You want to create a new alias/email address ? contact support because their system doesn't work.
In short, you have to go through support for everything, (fun fact, their support window closes each time you refresh the page) if you expect spending 1hour on OVH dashboard, you can multiply it by 5.
It's been years that i've told my clients never to use OVH, but when I'm forced to use it, it never disapoints.

It was a great pleasure for me to be able to join this company, but unfortunately the the reality was différent.
I was an external worker at OVH for 6 months. Right from the start, I felt isolated and unwelcome. There was little or no support or team spirit. I was often kept out of important meetings and communications, which made my job incredibly difficult.
I still don't know why this reception was so negative.
In addition to the loneliness, I was also openly harassed and defamed for no reason. I knew nobody.
When I tried to express myself, my concerns were ignored.
This created a toxic environment in which I felt constantly on edge and unsupported.
To make matters worse, my personal and professionnal computers were hacked while I was working here. I still don't know how it happened, so I notified the security teams. But they didn't seem very concerned, which I find very strange.
This job has taken its toll on my mental and emotional health. I wouldn't recommend this place of work and I sincerely hope that changes will be made so that no one else has to go through what I did.
I like the thorough approach. It took a bit longer than expected, but everything has been resolved to my expectations.
