Professional and competitive on price
Quick and easy to order, once you complete the detailed questions. And submit your photos, price is expensive since Trump insisted on the price rise, but Oxford Pharmacy is competitive on price. They used to offer monthly discounts which helped a great deal and kept the price down slightly but I've not received any recently hence the lower score.
When you receive your order the pharmacist will include notes for you. There are also follow up emails checking if all going well and contact info for queries.

Take money, no goods, no replies to emails - avoid!
I placed Order #1418409 for Finasteride 1mg (168 tablets) on 2 July 2026. Today is 17 July 2026 and my order is still showing as "Dispensing & Packing" with no indication of when it will be dispatched.
I emailed Oxford Online Pharmacy on 7 July to ask for an update and received no reply. I emailed again on 13 July and was ignored once more. I have now been waiting over two weeks and have had absolutely no communication from the company.
Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers who are simply asking for an update is unacceptable. If an item is out of stock or there is another issue, customers should be informed rather than left wondering what is going on.
At this stage, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer support. The absence of any response or progress on my order has made me question whether I can trust this company. I would not order from them again and would advise others to proceed with caution.
