Take money, no goods, no replies to emails - avoid!
I placed Order #1418409 for Finasteride 1mg (168 tablets) on 2 July 2026. Today is 17 July 2026 and my order is still showing as "Dispensing & Packing" with no indication of when it will be dispatched.
I emailed Oxford Online Pharmacy on 7 July to ask for an update and received no reply. I emailed again on 13 July and was ignored once more. I have now been waiting over two weeks and have had absolutely no communication from the company.
Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers who are simply asking for an update is unacceptable. If an item is out of stock or there is another issue, customers should be informed rather than left wondering what is going on.
At this stage, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer support. The absence of any response or progress on my order has made me question whether I can trust this company. I would not order from them again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

The website is easy to use, and the prescription process is very straightforward. Delivery was also incredibly fast. My only issue is the pricing, which is uncompetitive compared to other online pharmacies. To make matters worse, my introductory discount code failed at checkout. The customer service team offered a new code, but it was for a much lower value than the original discount.
