Great Customer Support
The measure of a truly trustworthy customer is how well they respond to customer issues. After falling in love with my scale, it had a malfunction. I contacted customer support, and they worked with me to quickly resolve the issue. The scale is great, btw! Highly recommend.

I just bought this Oxiline XS Pro BP meter and I haven't had enough experience with it. However, I would say it is so far so good. Their customer service is great, when I asked them for instructions to set up time and date, they responded in no time - Not many companies could do that!!
Oxiline Scale MD Pro
I purchased the Scale MD Pro and have been using it for 3 months. The scale has worked perfectly but the secret sauce is the app! You can view your data by day, week, month or date range. The latest version of the app defines all the terms used on the report and has a toggle between muscle and fat in the body region display. If you want to track your progress, get the Scale MD Pro - you will wonder why you waited!

I have had a Oxiline Blood Pressure Monitor Model JPD-HA121 for several years. Because of my health condition, I must take my blood pressure every day. Unfortunately, I broke the tip of the blood pressure cuff. I called Oxiline and Denzel answered my call. He was extremely nice and helpful. I explained about me breaking the tip of my blood pressure cuff. He is sending me a replacement at no cost to me, for which I was so very thankful. Oxiline has a customer for the rest of my life!!!

I appreciated the customer support willingness to work with me to resolve an issue I had with my unit. Initially, a standard return policy was quoted, but upon a further review other accommodation was applied over and above the usual policy. It feels that the company truly cares that the customer has a unit that consistently provides accurate readings.

I purchased the XS Pro blood pressure monitor because of it's excellent rating for accuracy. The device was malfunctioning upon arrival, wouldn't respond properly to keypresses. I don't hold that against them, everybody has a small amount of manufacturer defects. What I was impressed with was their response. They responded quickly, no arguments, very polite, and had a new properly functioning unit in my hands within days.

My blood pressure monitor started to develop a possible problem. I contacted Oxiline and they promptly contacted me about a replacement monitor. Justine was very helpful with getting my monitor! You don’t see that kind of customer service these days ! I had several Oxiline products and all are top of the line medical grade products. I highly recommend Oxiline products, company backs their products ! I monitor my mechanical heart valve BP at least twice daily with full trust for an accurate reading !

What a generous response to our questions! We heard back from 3 customer service agents (Douglas, Denzel and Justine), all of whom were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable plus helpful to fulfill our request and put to rest our issue. Thank you!
Could cost a life
I purchased 2 Oxiline oximeter for $69 each. A little after the 30 days for a refund was up, the device started to malfunction. The heart rate was off by 15 bpm. This faulty information could have cost my daughter her life. They would not refund my $. Instead they want to send me another device! Now, would you trust your life or a loved one’s life with a faulty device critical to the their well-being? Change this corrupt money grubbing policy. Do not buy anything from this company. They have had 138 complaints this year alone from the BBB. Save your $ and your time and possibly your life or that of a loved one. If I had the $, I would sue them. It could have cost my daughter her life.
Impressive Experience with Oxiline brand!
The main thing that impressed me with the Oxiline experience was the customer support. Having said that, Justine and the team over at the Oxiline support center were courteous and prompt to address any concerns I may have had!
In summary, the experience starts with customer support in my opinion, and the equipment will follow.

The Scale X Pro is terrific. Provides data across numerous dimensions that is easy to read and understand. Nice tracking across time. Also, had a customer service question that was promptly addressed. I have tried numerous scales over the years and believe that this scale is more reliable than many others on some of the harder to ascertain measurements.
