I had a blood pressure machine for about a year, the cuff air hose connects to the machine snap off can’t repair. I contacted support online and they responded quickly and replace a whole new cuff with no charge. That’s amazing product support. Go Oxiline….will buy your product just because of this service

Oxiline Pressure XS Pro - Gives Accurate Readings
I recently purchased an Oxiline Pressure XS Pro after returning three other Blood Pressure monitors. It was working perfectly until it stopped syncing data with the iPhone app. Customer service was very responsive and eventually helped me to figure out what was wrong. It was an easy fix.

Customer service rep Justine was very professional and helpful.
My BP cuff develop a leak, I call Oxiline and spoke with Justine and explained what my issue was. She told me that it was an older unit and that she would try to locate a cuff. She did locate one that would work with my unit and that she would ship it out. She did send me the cuff and a newer unit.

Overall Oxiline experience
I have a Scale X Pro since 11/2023 and very pleased.
I also have a Blood Pressure Cuff X Pro since 3/2024 and again very pleased.
I have ordered a Gluco XS Pro with a 12 month subscription for lancets and test strips on September 30. As of today, 10/5 it is still processing. I have been informed it should be ship by the middle of this week around 10/8 or so. That is quite disappointing. Fortunately, I am only a Type 2 diabetic and not on insulin or I would have real problems. So I have had great and not so good experience with Oxiline.

This has been a really poor experience for such an important piece of equipment. I say equipment because although this review is for the adaptor, it speaks to the poor customer service experience regarding to the BP monitor as well. As someone who is t=required to take their BP every day I was going through 4 AAA batteries every 3.5 weeks. That's just ridiculous. So I ordered a USB C to USB C cable so I could take my BP from my laptop (Plugged in to AC not using the battery) to the monitor. I got different results from battery usage so I ordered the AC adaptor from your website. Finding a wall outlet to plug into that was within distance to a table where I could sit and use the monitor was really problematic. It was uncomfortable and not realistic where I had to move to so I called Customer Care. The person was pretty frustrated with me. Impatient. He kept telling me I really wanted to use the batteries which is not going to happen! I ended up throwing the adaptor in a drawer never to use for this purpose again and have gone back to plugging into the laptop sitting at a table where I can relax and use this monitor.
I would absolutely tell everyone NOT to waste their money on this adaptor and furthermore would encourage all looking for a quality BP monitor to avoid Oxiline. Terrible/non existent customer service and you'll spend $100 a year on batteries.

I bought a TENS unit from Oxiline and was very pleased with the ease of ordering the product and the quality of the device. Unfortunately I had to return it due to my medical situation. I contacted Oxiline regarding the return and received a prompt email from Anne with instructions on how to process the return. Days later, I followed up on the return and made a call to Oxiline to verify their receipt of the device. The customer Service rep., Justine, was most helpful and verified that they had received the return and he processed the refund right then. Justine was very professional and was a pleasure to speak with; I truly appreciated his service and the fact that I encountered a company that stands by their product and services. I highly recommend doing business with Oxiline.

I just purchase the Scale MD Pro. Needed assistance to properly sync the app with the scale. Received prompt, professional response from the support team. I would recommend adding the reset procedure to the instructions. Love the accuracy of the scale and look forward to monitoring all the additional parameters.

Great products, fantastic customer support
I have tried a lot of different BP Monitors and Oximeters. I was getting very frustrated with the variation and inaccurate readings. I finally tried Oxiline. I find both monitors have very accurate readings. And finally I have an Oximeter that will actually display a reading and quickly - so many others I tried would just keep trying with no result. Customer Service is also outstanding. Immediate responses and they really care about happy customers.
