Great Product

I purchased the Pulse HD Pro and was impressed with the hardware build quality and performance. It is very easy to use and the data is on par with a Welch Allyn I was tested with during a recent hospital visit.
But I had a problem with the Oxiline app. I contacted support and Justine walked me through troubleshooting the problem. He then contacted the dev team and began working on a solution.
The support has really impressed me! I have already seen updates to the Oxiline application. This is a company that cares!
It's been awhile since I returned my Oxiline XS Pro
It's been awhile since I returned my Oxiline XS Pro because it wouldn't hold a battery charge. Surprisingly, you replaced it immediately! But you also asked that I rate how the new one worked. I couldn't tell immediately and told you that I would respond "down-the-road" when I had a true evaulation ready. Well, I can honestly say that: 1) it's still operating on the same batteries it came with for 2+ months; 2) it gives quick and concise data and; 3) it's a lovely piece of equipment that makes me glad I tried it again! Thank you for your patience with my response and for your commitment to quality assurance.
I received a new Oxline MD Pro scale…
I received a new Oxline MD Pro scale and i couldn't get it to complete the full body scan. I wrote to support at Oxline and within 24 hours I had received a detail email with troubleshooting instructions and was asked to let them know if it was still a problem after i ran through the clear checklist. Needless to say - I made one small modification to how i was using the scale and it fixed the problem. I was impressed with the customer service.

It is my belief that behind the best products stand the best people; my recent experience proves it. I ordered a blood pressure measuring device, the model Pressure X Pro. I had a week before leaving on a long trip and the shipping on the item had it comfortably arriving two days before my departure. It would have been easier to order another device on Amazon, where my Prime membership would assure me of a 2-day delivery. However, my research showed that Oxiline’s was the best blood pressure measuring device on the market. USPS Tracking information promptly sent to me upon ordering showed my device arriving two days before my departure, which changed to one day, which changed to the day of my departure. When I called Oxiline and spoke to an employee by the name of Ron, he offered to send me a second device with next-day delivery, without being charged for a second device or for shipping. He told me I could return the first device when back from my trip, which is after Thanksgiving. The device did arrive the next day, which is today. Now, that is what I call service. And that is what I call trust in the customer who promises to return a device 3 weeks later. Product quality, service, and trust in the customer - an unbeatable combination.

Excellent support
After running into some issues with charging and syncing my BP monitor, Justine offered a replacement or a generous discount for an upgraded model. I chose the replacement, which arrived very quickly. It is working perfectly now. Thanks for resolving my issue.
Great customer service
Great customer service! I could not get my scale to work initially but one email was all that was needed to figure out my feet were to try. I was able to wet my feet and boom works great. Customer service was so fast, responsive, and friendly.
The missing item
I ordered a blood pressure machine from Oxiline. After a few days, I received an email that the package had been delivered to my house. When I looked on my porch, I found that only one of my packages had shown up on that day. Both orders were delivered by UPS, I reviewed my porch camera and could clearly see that the UPS driver only dropped off one package not two as he indicated. It was clear on my video that the blood pressure machine was not delivered. I also found it suspicious that the UPS driver took a photo of the delivery from the road. not of the packages that he claimed to have delivered. I stated my issue online with Oxiline's customer support. Justine from Oxiline jumped into action the very next day and has replaced my missing item. Needless to say my blood pressure has remained low throughout this process. Thank you for quickly resolving this issue. It is refreshing to witness businesses with integrity these days. Customer Service speaks volumes!
I purchased the XS Pro BP Monitor in January 2025 and have been monitoring my BP daily ever since. The product is easy to set up and operate. And syncs very well with the app installed on my phone once I got the sequence of steps down...open the app, switch to live mode, then press the machine's 'on' button. If I forget to open the app and take my BP it will, on occasion, not sync my data and I'll have to enter it manually. I've had a few issues with the display sizing on my Android phone which prevented me from saving my notes (after an Oxiline app update) and Douglas got it fixed immediately. Then in Oct I found that when I export a PDF report there are red asterisks intended to signify manual entries, but they are actually appearing on dates that align with my irregular pulse/HR which began on 9/17/25. Justine has been a charm to work with in understanding the issue and reporting it to the tech team. As much as I would like it to be fixed now, I'm waiting for them to do another app update before sending this data over to my cardiologist. As of today, the issue has not been resolved, and I am logging my entries now as auto or manual so that we can see in the report when the issue gets resolved. I'm hoping that it will be soon.

The pulsometer arrived a little later than we needed it (though I don’t really it’s the company’s fault; everyone in the family got sick and needed one earlier than expected). Because of the illness I wasn’t able to return the device within the 30-day period. However, Justine was a wonderful person and very accommodating. I’m really pleased with the company.

Problem setting date and time
I had a problem setting the date and time. Apparently the instructions that came with the unit were not up to date. I sent an email to the customer support and within the same day I had the updated version of the instructions which explained how to do what I wanted. The unit works great. Thanks for the quick response.

I had a bluetooth error glitch and the customer service team, especially Justine was very helpful and understanding and helped me through the glitch. Now my scale is working perfectly. I love the scale and all the details it gives.

I love the XS Pro BP monitor. Easy to use, and very quiet operation. The batteries last for months. Oxiline customer service is very responsive and easy to communicate with. That is rare in todays world!
